Step outside onto the pergola-covered balcony and soak in the breathtaking views of the lagoon. This outdoor oasis features a hot tub, fire table, and ample patio seating, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee with a view or stargazing in the evening, this balcony is a true highlight of Vinnie's Beach House.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

We chose this property since it had enough rooms for each of our guests, but it had so much more to offer! The main floor kitchen/dining and living room area was very spacious and looks out into the pool area and behind that the lagoon and beach. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable. A highlight was definitely the rooftop patio with a large hot tub! We would definitely rent this property again on another trip and our hosts were great keeping in close communication through out our stay.
