**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is

We had a great stay at Red Rock's! It had everything we needed. They even opened the place back up for me 2 hours after check out when I realized I left my pillow on my bed. Oops! The place was great! We would stay here again and would recommend the place to friends and family!

Easily the best rental our family has stayed at. Every convenience has been accounted for. It was incredibly easy to make meals for 3 families with the kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware provided. Filtered water and ice so no need to purchase water. Laundry, personal care products, ample towels and linens were all provided. Tv in every room! It’s a kid’s dream with the bunk room with plenty of games, toys, and books. They’ve even got a little potty chair for the toddlers. Beyond the convenience the house is spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The paddle boards were such a fun addition to our days at the lagoon. We loved that even our adventure loving group didn’t need to make plans outside of the community to have the best time. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing vacation rental! It was super clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, well furnished. The convenience of walking out the door and right to the INCREDIBLE lagoon was amazing. It was like being at a resort somewhere like Mexico or the Caribbean, but way more practical. The kids played all day, and we could easily pop back to the rental to make lunches or grab drinks. Kitchen was fully ready to go, paddle-boards, pool and beach toys, etc. we just showed up with clothing and some food. The layout was great for splitting with another couple for a group trip. Plenty of space for everyone. Couldn’t have been easier or more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

We all agreed that this vacation was the best of both worlds between a resort vacation and a beach trip, but easier and more affordable. We stayed 3 nights but never wanted to leave!

Great kid friendly place to stay. New, nicely decorated, comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was very clean, well stocked and super organized. We could tell someone put thought into supplying things that make travel easier, including luggage racks and laundry baskets in each room, extra blankets and pillows, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, kid friendly place settings, etc. all neatly organized and labeled. Kids had lots of fun at the huge lagoon and pool, and we enjoyed walks and runs along the bike / walk paths that run through the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

We stayed three nights at this townhome and resort. The Suite Spot location was a very short walk from the pool and lagoon and right next to a really nice outside hot tub with loungers etc. The townhome was well decorated, very comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, games, etc. There were also a few paddle boards provided for using at the lagoon and they were a huge hit. The roof had a fire pit and BBQ with chairs for us to hang out in the evenings, just us adults chatting away while still able to keep a close eye on the kids inside the house in the bunk room. The resort pool, hot tubs and Lagoon are all stunning and so much fun. This was our favorite trip we’ve ever had to St. George and we will definitely be looking to book The Suite Spot again and we’ve been recommending it to all of our family and friends!

Has a good selection of dishes and kitchen supplies. Has a Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash there for you too use. Also really clean! Snuck down South to take my kiddos somewhere for a few days for spring break. We stayed here two nights and it was perfect! This place is way bigger then it looks! My kids loved all the bunk beds and the outside patio was really cool. Beautiful views, close to town and the lagoon was fun to paddle board in. Definitely recommend!!

This is a nicely appointed home with plenty of room for a couple families. the rooftop terrace with a fire pit was an amazing relax and hangout area. The location is unmatched. Pools and lagoon are absolutely stunning. We will try to stay here every time we visit St. George.

We could tell someone put thought into supplying things that make travel easier, including luggage racks and laundry baskets in each room, extra blankets and pillows, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, kid friendly place settings, etc. all neatly organized and labeled. Kids had lots of fun at the huge lagoon and pool, and we enjoyed walks and runs along the bike / walk paths that run through the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great space and the pools are very fun. It\'s an easy walk from the condo to the lagoon. We\'ve got a toddler so it was nice to have the kid amenities in the condo (packnplay, highchair, toys). It was very clean and there was everything there needed to cook. Would stay again!

We stayed three nights at this townhome and resort. The Suite Spot location was a very short walk from the pool and lagoon and right next to a really nice outside hot tub with loungers etc. The townhome was well decorated, very comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, games, etc. There were also a few paddle boards provided for using at the lagoon and they were a huge hit. The roof had a fire pit and BBQ with chairs for us to hang out in the evenings, just us adults chatting away while still able to keep a close eye on the kids inside the house in the bunk room. The resort pool, hot tubs and Lagoon are all stunning and so much fun. This was our favorite trip we’ve ever had to St. George and we will definitely be looking to book The Suite Spot again and we’ve been recommending it to all of our family and friends!

Awesome condo, Quiet and relaxing! Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great! Good location. Lexi was really helpful and fast at communicating. Has a good selection of dishes and kitchen supplies. Has a Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash there for you too use. Also really clean! Would love to come back!

Snuck down South to take my kiddos somewhere for a few days for spring break. We stayed here two nights and it was perfect! This place is way bigger then it looks! My kids loved all the bunk beds and the outside patio was really cool. Beautiful views, close to town and the lagoon was fun to paddle board in. Definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, and never wanted to leave. This is a nicely appointed home with plenty of room for a couple families. the rooftop terrace with a fire pit was an amazing relax and hangout area. The location is unmatched. Pools and lagoon are absolutely stunning. We will try to stay here every time we visit St. George.
