The Sapphire Blanc offers two kayaks and two paddleboards, inviting you to explore the lagoon. After a day of adventure, gather around the grill on the expansive patio and indulge in a delicious barbecue feast. With ample seating and patio furniture, the outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sunshine.

At the end of the day, retire to one of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and serene surroundings for a restful night's sleep. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This place was great for a group of 8, for a golfing trip. Very close to the pickleball courts and pool.

The property is so great for convenience it only of the amenities like the 2.5 acre lagoon but also to all the national and state parks in southern Utah. The home is new and very clean. The hot tub is a great place to relax and recuperate after long days of hiking and pickleball.

After posting videos & photos on my social media from Day 1, everyone wanted to know about all the details on the fabulous place we were staying! It was exactly like the photos shown, but better because we were immersed in this gorgeously appointed rental! It was spacious enough for our family of 4 plus my father-in-law! He was blown away when he arrived separate from us. We enjoyed every single amenity provided: from the kayaks, SUPs, main pool, lagoon and pickleball courts to renting a golf cart for the week. We used the hot tub and grill and felt completely at home. We loved it so much that we want to purchase our own AirBnB in Desert Color! Red Rock Vacations was also extremely easy to work with and easily extended our stay twice! We just didn’t want to leave. What was originally booked as a week long trip turned into 9 days. We had a phenomenal time traveling to Zion & Bryce Canyon and will certainly return here in the future!

Generali Global Assistance Vacation Rental Travel Insurance has been made available for guests to purchase at the time of making their reservation. Vacation Rental Travel Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize the guest’s vacation investment and force the guest to incur unplanned expenses.

Red Rock Vacation Rentals strongly recommends our guests purchase this valuable protection. By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
