Welcome to our Sandcastle! A lovely unit that is decorated to the nines! You will love the two main master suites and multiple living spaces, inside and out! One patio features a grill and dining set to enjoy dinner outdoors, while another features a pergola, hammock, and a private hot tub! Family fun awaits with a foosball table, games, cards and books to enjoy, you are sure to have everything you need for the perfect stay while enjoying Desert Color!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Red Rock was amazing! Just like the pictures. The place was clean and comfortable with everything you need plus more! Two separate living areas were perfect for our group, every room has its own bathroom! The private hot tub on the upper deck and grill down below were great. The pool area was beautiful and we loved the snack bar to order drinks while we tanned. We would absolutely stay here again!

We did run into a few small snags that were quickly remedied by a responsive management team and didn\'t impact our experience at all. Would highly recommend this (and have) to family and friends.

We had such a wonderful time at this location. It was quiet, peaceful, and so enjoyable. The pool was within a short walk and was never crowded. Always plenty of room and everything was so clean. Everything was within a short 10 minute drive so it was so nice to feel a little more secluded but not completely too far away. We will absolutely stay here again and look forward to the completion of their entire plan.

The house is new and very spacious. Our party of 14 was able to spend a week here without ever feeling overcrowded. Having access to the pool and lagoon was a big plus. The host was very responsive. Do keep in mind that there is still a lot of construction going on near the property.

Look no further because you will not find a more perfect rental!! We were 9 people in this beautiful, modern, pristinely clean condo with a 2-minute walk to the beautiful desert color resort and lagoon. The resort was an absolute must on the hot, summer, 115 degree days. The private bathrooms in each room were so nice so each couple felt like they had space, the extra upstairs family room was so spacious for us all to gather, the private hot tub upstairs was dreamy! The location was ideal as you were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Saint George but you had quick access to the freeway and were minutes from any and all conveniences. Can’t wait to plan our next family reunion here. Will highly recommend this place to family and friends.
