If you are looking for a rental full of fun for the whole family, this is it! The garage is full of paddleboards, kayaks, and a ping pong table, and a fun rock-climbing wall for the kids! You will also love the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful living spaces on both floors. The couches in this rental are the perfect place to gather as a family to play games or watch a movie! In the evenings, head outdoors to the incredible rooftop patio, featuring a private hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating. If you can ever pull yourself away from this house, head over to The Shores Resort for a swim in their oversized resort pool or the incredible Lagoon!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

We had a great time at Paddleboard Paradise. The unit was close to the lagoon and was a beautiful and roomie townhome. We would definitely stay here again. The whole family loved it. Lot of construction going on though. So, don\'t plan on sleeping in LOL!

We, like many Utahs, often travel to St George to shake off winters chill and enjoy the sun and nice weather. Our stay at the Pad was nothing short of perfect. We slept 19 and it never felt crowded. There is plenty of great social spaces for hanging out with family and friends. All the furniture is quality and picked with comfort in mind. It’s close to the lagoon and pool, which are amazing!!! And the hot tub is the perfect touch to end the day. This is our new favorite place!! 10/10 recommend.

The Pad is a perfect place to vacation. Every bedroom has a TV and it’s own bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable. The dining area had ample space for a large group and the kitchen was well equipped. There were two large rooms for groups to gather. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The condo is clean, inviting, and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend staying there.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at The Pad! Everything was beautifully designed and decorated! There was every amenity we could�ve wanted including a tv and bathroom in every room and our own private hot tub. The Lagoon was the highlight and The Pad provided plenty of paddle boards and kayaks to use there. We also loved being able to zip around on the two scooters that were also provided. There were just so many fun things to do and we can�t wait to come back!

We had found an AirBnB a year earlier that was managed by Red Rock Vacation Rentals and we were so pleased with the organization of the rental as well as the amenities that we knew going directly to Red Rock again we wouldn\'t be disappointed. I was so delighted to see that it was just as pictured. We loved the sizes and comfort of the couches. We visited for hours lounging on the big couch in the upstairs loft. Everyone complimented the comfort of the beds. We didn\'t use the room with the 5 twin size bunk beds so I can\'t speak to those, but I will say that I\'d have loved to have a sleepover in that room when I was a kid. So fun! We loved the patio with the private hot tub. My only feedback is that it was filled too much so we had to limit how many of us got in there out of fear of overflowing. It could easily sit 6 but we had issues after only 3 of us got in. So I\'d have less water in there. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio. We loved the fire pit and couches. The community amenities were fantastic. The wind limited us, but we enjoyed them while we could. We used the provided kayaks to play in the lagoon. This property even made hanging in the garage fun. The kids enjoyed the chalk wall and the climbing wall. We took a spin on the scooters. One was more cooperative than the other but they both worked. We enjoyed the ping pong table too. Honestly, The Pad was a great escape. I\'d highly recommend it to anyone. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you for such a fantastic getaway!!

We were recently out for Parade of Homes from calif & visiting family in St. George.. We had never stayed in Desert Color area and were happy we did. It is its own village/town... very secluded area...you feel like you are on a true vacation resort and not in middle of city/town. But still close to everything (10-15mins to all areas). The Pad is larger than it looks in pics. the upstairs is huge and great for families for games etc... Even though you have an amazing Lagoon \"incredible\", which was too cold to go into this time of year (however the clubhouse pool was heated to what felt like 88 degrees...which is great being most hotel resorts don\'t heat that high. But we had our own Spa on deck,,, just nice to have it on property. very private and brand new. I would highly recommend this townhome to small and large groups. We loved the cleanliness, the couches and beds were very very comfortable, it has everything you need and the Spa is worth having out your Deck door. We will be back for sure when it warms up to use that incredible Lagoon. Ken & Teri

We loved the cleanliness, the couches and beds were very very comfortable, it has everything you need and the Spa is worth having out your Deck door. We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this property with family! It was the perfect place to stay with plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, for everyone to feel comfortable! The kids didn’t want to leave! They especially loved the electric scooters and fun things to do in the garage! The pool and lagoon are amazing as well! Fun memories made! Thanks!
