The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, while the open living space invites you to unwind and enjoy quality time together. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Whether you're whipping up a meal in the sleek kitchen, lounging in the spacious living area, or retreating to one of the cozy bedrooms, this condo offers a delightful blend of style and comfort.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. Promo codes will be emailed out 48 hrs after booking with a list of our 13 different partners!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
