At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and has everything you could possibly need, even complimentary coffee and tea. One of our favorite features was the main floor, with its spacious kitchen, large dining area, and a huge dining table that comfortably fits a big group. It was the perfect place for everyone to gather, eat, and spend time together. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for a small family reunion. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make it nice for all. Great gathering areas, a well stocked kitchen, great amenities at the property, the garage had lots of fun things to use like stand up paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony was nice. We had a great time connecting with family.

The Fish Bowl condo was great! We had 20 people; 12 adults and 8 kids (11 months-13 yrs). The Fish Bowl had everything you could ever need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the swim toys, life jackets, cooler, bikes, chairs, and ping pong table was a hit. The response from the condo was very quick and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone. So much fun! We hope to come back and stay in the future.
