This stunning home offers fast access to the Lagoon and resort pool, complete with kayaks and paddleboards for endless hours of fun in the sun! Relax and soak up the breathtaking views from the comfort of your private balcony and hot tub, or gather around the fire pit for cozy nights under the stars. The indoor entertainment includes a foosball table for friendly competition and smart TVs throughout featuring YouTube TV! The Crown Jewel offers the perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation, making it the easy choice for your next Southern Utah getaway!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

Desert Color is an amazing resort feel property with a lot of fun amenities to keep the family entertained. There was a new pool very close to this property as well as proximity to the Lagoon and Pickleball courts. This home was well kept with beautiful thoughtful furnishings and overall perfect floorplan. We loved having access to a private hot tub and fire. We especially loved that the upper deck faced the walking area rather than the back alley driveway side. We loved our stay!

I can’t tell you how beautiful HGH is townhome is and how well they keep everything so clean and updated. PS there is a TV in every bedroom, haha now that\'s a plus and they have a fun Fussball table and 5 kyaks just waiting to be used It has an amazing man made lake right within walking distance that has a beach, a volleyball net, and fun activities at night for the kids like HOA movies, Easter Egg Hunts etc
