Inside, you’ll find a state-of-the-art theatre room with recliners, speakers, and charging stations at each seat, ideal for movie nights. For entertainment, the home features a PS5, Xbox, board games, and two expansive party decks. Stay active with pickleball paddles available for use at the nearby community courts. Additional amenities include a 6-person golf cart for easy transportation, a stroller and Pack N Play for families with young children, and ADA accessibility for convenience. This home combines luxury, convenience, and fun for the perfect getaway!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
