The Berber is a large, beautiful, well-decorated home located in the amazing up-and-coming resort community of Desert Color! This stunning home will be the perfect place for your group to gather as you come to explore Southern Utah! From the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen to the rooftop deck patio and hot tub, you will find everything you need in this vacation rental. With its 5 bedrooms, you’ll find the space you need to spread out and relax, or gather together at the large dining table for a family game night! Feel free to use the pickleball equipment at a local park, or sit back and enjoy a movie on one of the large flat-screen TVs.

Once you’ve enjoyed all that this rental has to offer, you will find yourself just steps away from the gorgeous Shores Resort and its community pool and lagoon! With roughly 2.5-acres of surface area and white sand beaches, the Shores Resort lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Great place for a group! Plenty of bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Private hot tub is nice and the walk to the lagoon is only about 1-2 minutes.

What sold it for us were the individual bathrooms each room had. When you’re traveling with other families, that is a huge bonus. Add comfy beds, full kitchen, spacious living areas, and private hot tub in the mix, you’ve got yourself a great stay. There were plenty of towels which is also a perk. We took full advantage of the hot springs and heated pool area. This is definitely where we will be staying at our next St Gorge trip.

This place is perfect for our family! Our kids love the hot tub, TV in every room, and paddle boarding on the lagoon. The house is very clean and organized as well.

We had 8 adults and 3 children in our group. The house was just the right size for us. The children really enjoyed the hot tub and nearby pool and lagoon. Only minor drawback was the excessive dirt on outside furniture and floor.

Our original VRBO was cancelled the day before we went to vacation in Arizona. In our panic we found this place! It is amazing. It was exactly what we needed. King Rooms for adults with their own bath plus plenty of room. We were particularly looking for a heated pool and our own hot tub.... Got both! We have this down to stay again next year!

This place was great. This is the second time staying at Desert Color and it didn’t disappoint!!! Love how easy to check in- love the area (close to Mesquite) and how it is away from the downtown area. The pool and lagoons are perfect for families and kids. I would 100% recommend staying there for a family vacation.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
