The Beach Front 2.0 brings together the best of both worlds: a private home with resort-style amenities and direct beach access. Set along the shores of Desert Color’s 2.5-acre lagoon, this spacious retreat is designed for both relaxation and fun. Multiple living areas and private balconies create plenty of room to spread out, while the backyard offers a pool, hot tub, fire table, BBQ, and plenty of seating for your group. The backyard gated path leads straight to the lagoon’s sandy beach, where you can paddleboard and kayak on the water! Book The Beach Front 2.0 for your perfect St. George getaway.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

Our family gathered for our annual family reunion here and loved every minute of the vacation. This was our favorite house of all times. Plenty of rooms for all. Kids especially liked having the pool AND the lagoon right there. Place was very clean, well stocked and constant communication with management when needed. Great house, great stay!

This home was a beautiful space and well equipped. With permission we were able to host a casual wedding reception during one night of our stay, and it was a lovely venue with the indoor/outdoor living space. It was great to visit with friends and family and also house our family/guests from out of town. I love the large living spaces that are all open to the outdoors. What a perfect party destination, and fairly central to our families who were coming from California, Nevada, Northern Utah, Idaho and Washington. Thank you, Red Rock for being such accommodating hosts!

We love, love, loved our stay! We are already planning the next time we would like to come. So accommodating for our family. Perfect room situation, love the 5 masters with bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms. The lagoon cannot be beat! Nothing like it anywhere! We love that amenity so so much! Entertainment for days. We loved that there was plenty of toys and paddle boards and kayaks to entertain everyone. And the house being right on the sand is so awesome! Our stay was fabulous! Thanks for all you did to make our family reunion stay a great success! We loved every minute of it! This property is a true gem!
