Fantastic location and a perfect home for our family of 26.

We had a family group of 18 - all ages. Everyone had so much fun. It was the best spot to be & the house was amazing! No complaints! We used EZ cater & it was the best! The house was clean & even better than we expected - it was huge & the views were incredible. With the sand beach it was like being in the Caribbean but without the long flights & hassle. We will definitely be back!

We were surprised to find out that the Saturday we were staying at The Beach Front house was the kick off to summer activities with lots of fun activities for kids and adults and ending with a 20 minute fireworks show. It was icing on our cake!

Amazing Stay!!! We rented this house for my wedding party and it was the best decision I have ever made! Red rock rental went above and beyond responding to texts and calls and even printing me off my officiant speech! The beach front house was amazing and had everything we needed to have the best time. It slept so many people but also had the comfiest beds and nicest amenities! Would 100% recommend and will be booking again!

We absolutely were blown away at how beautiful this was. Eve better in person! Very accommodating easy to get a hold of anyone we needed to at any time and just overall a wonderful experience definitely will be returning.

A delight

We are still talking about how amazing our stay was at the Beachfront Home and can't wait to go back. We were there for 4 nights and never felt like we needed to leave to entertain the kids. The owners did an amazing job stocking the kitchen. We got groceries from Walmart and were able to make all our meals at home. The kids never once said they were bored or asked to leave- they were in the pool from 7am until 11 pm!!! The house doesn't feel like a typical rental, it was luxurious. The home was impeccably clean and the beds were soo comfortable. The house is so big that even though we had 4 families there, it never felt crowded. I was able to escape to my master bedroom with a deck and relax when I wanted to. Our daughter loved the bunk room, in fact if the kids weren't in the pool, they were hanging out away from the adults (bonus). The multiple firepits add to the beach vibes. Besides this rental being extremely functional, the designer did a beautiful job with all the decor and details. This place is made for memories. Don't hesitate to rent this place. We can't wait to go back when the white sand and lagoon are open!!

After just one night you’ll wake up wondering if you’re still in St. George or if you’ve somehow traveled to Cozumel. The inside of the house feels like you’re sitting on the beach soaking up the sun. But unlike a beach, you can really relax; kids can play in the five-star pool all day (and I mean ALL day!), hang out by the gas fire by the pool or on the rooftop patio, watch movies and take in some world-class views. So next time someone suggest vacationing at the same old, rundown, camp ground—be the hero who brings a tropical to Utah!

We just had our family reunion here with 26 people and we had so much room! So beautiful inside and out. You really do feel like you are in a mini Mexico because of the lagoon and sandy beach front. The private pool and hot tub was so fun for all the kids. We had dance parties and the out side speakers made it the best dance parties ever! The beds are SO comfortable, and every bedroom but one has the most incredible view The bunk room was so fun for the cousins. So many TV's and of course the kids loved that! You have access to the clubhouse which was really fun too! 2 fireplaces, lots of seating, pool toys and life jackets, outdoor bbq, a pool table, I could go on and on! They really have thought of everything you would ever need! Perfect place for a family reunion. We didn't want to leave!!

This is an easy 5 stars. I wish I could give it more. We just had our family reunion here and it was absolutely incredible. There were 26 of us (six families) and we had plenty of room and all felt very comfortable. There were multiple living areas and dining areas and balconies. Every single person said their bed was so comfortable and everyone slept great. The kitchen was great and allowed us to make 3 meals a day for 26 people. Unfortunately, we were there just a few days before the lagoon opened so we will definitely be making a return trip. The beachfronthouse has everything! You won't regret a stay here.

The perfect getaway for our large extended family . There was space and options for everyone. The kids loved the pool and having dance parties every night. The amenities were perfect and easy to use and we never ran into any issues where we had to reach out to anyone for support. We barely missed the lagoon opening by a week so we will definitely be back so we can complete our experience. Thank you for the stay of a lifetime!

This vacation home was an absolute blast. The indoor outdoor living made for the most relaxing trip. The house is so spacious, even with every room filled it felt like we had plenty of room to party our hearts out. The home is decorated with such class and everything was extremely clean. I can’t rave enough about this house and it’s amenities.

Our stay at Red Rock could not have been better. Their staff was professional and extremely helpful. I felt like my needs was their top priority. The rental was clean, and beautiful. Awesome!

This home accommodated 3 couples, each with 3 kids comfortably. We all enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home. The coolest features for the kids was the rock wall and the play area under the stairs. They were entertained for hours! My favorite spot was the upstairs patio to enjoy yoga, relaxing, and sun-bathing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large dining table fit all of us for enjoyable meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was enough space in the closet by the connecting bathroom for a pack n play. We used the bathroom fan as white noise to help our baby sleep. It was a perfect set-up. We loved taking the kayaks and paddle boards out to the lagoon and playing in the pool. Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. I really enjoyed the home. Both Erica and Cheyanne were super friendly and helpful. We were grateful to be able to stay another evening in our place.

This townhome was perfect for our family of 4 married children and 1 grandchild, plus my husband and me. It's exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The lagoon just leaves us speechless--absolutely amazing! Construction was going on all around us, but we didn't mind. The paddleboards were our favorite, plus we brought our own water toys and could have spent all day at the pool/lagoon. It's just one block away, so we carried the paddleboards and toys. Very convenient. Definitely we would do this again!

Beach House is our go to when visiting St George. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and very organized. Perfect place for couples or families with the roomy bedrooms and baths. Will be definitely booking it again.

We loved our stay! The house was so Beautiful! Perfect location. Easy access to the freeway. Very spacious. We loved that every room had its own bathroom! We loved the hot tub and two patios too. The host are amazing people to work with! We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We had 5 of our children and their families there for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect scenario. Plenty of room to spend time all together and still have our own space. We loved the home, the pool and the lagoon. Thank you!!

Our experience was beyond excellent! The home was so beautiful, modern, inviting, clean, and well cared for. The space was perfect for every need of our large family gathering. Every essential amenity was provided, so nice and convenient for meeting the needs of our group. Staff at the resort was kind and very helpful. The resort was top of it's class and we have never experienced such a beautiful well cared for facility. The lagoon is beyond words! We spent many hours swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and floating. We have never seen such huge, clean, and inviting pool of water. We did not want to leave, it was a wonderful vacation! We'll definitely be back!
