Sunstone Casita is a beautifully decorated retreat, perfectly situated near the lagoon, community pool and hot tub, and pickleball courts. This spacious 1-bedroom king suite is ideal for solo travelers, a romantic getaway with your significant other or if you want to bring your kids, there is a Murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy the tranquil private patio for outdoor relaxation, or unwind indoors while watching TV. The casita features a fully functional kitchen, though it does not include an oven or dishwasher. Whether you're here for a short escape or an extended stay, Sunstone Casita provides a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for your perfect getaway.

**This property shares one wall with an adjacent home that may be occupied by other guests. There is no shared access between the units, and your privacy and comfort will not be affected.**

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

Cannot express how much we loved staying here! It was absolutely perfect for our couple getaway! The setting is a dream- we loved the relaxed environment of this community and the amenities are dreamy! We spent lots of time at the pool and lagoon, the snack bar is great! Staff was helpful and friendly and the whole community and our casita was immaculate. Keep in mind this is a shared unit and it was a little noisy at times but not too bad. We can’t wait to come back and bring our kids:) very good proximity to the freeway to travel to nearby attractions and restaurants.
