If you are looking for a brand new rental with tons of room to stretch out, Sunscape is ready for you! This rental is full of comfy couches, games for the kids, 4 king-sized master suites, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want! With a dining table that can seat 16, and additional bar seating for 4, your group will enjoy making memories around the table after a long day exploring all that Desert Color has to offer! While your rooftop deck with a private hot tub and TV will hold your attention for a time, be sure to leave time to saunter over to The Shores Resort for a little more fun!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is

Amazing Home

This was such a beautiful home! It was in a great location to the lagoon too! Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked to do basic cooking, the bedrooms were very spacious and the huge dinning room table made it easy for us to eat and play games together. The hot tub out on the deck was a great way to end a day. Really appreciated that there were paddle boards the kids could use, fun games and a washing machine and dryer to use. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a family reunion and this place worked out beautifully. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and TVs and other games and amenities. The unit is close to the pool and lagoon and our grandkids had a great time. It is new, Clean and has a well equipped kitchen and a large table for meals. My husband and I highly recommend this property!

This home looked and sounded nice when we saw it online, but it exceeded my expectations! My family absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was so clean, cozy, and spacious; it easily accommodated our family group of 15+. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was entertainment for the kids. The pool and lagoon was hours of fun. It’s in a great part of St George close to entertainment, shopping, and dining. We were blown away. We will be back.

It was clean, there were plenty of utensils and appliances, there were paddle boards and lots of fun beach toys for my kids to play with, it was close to the pool and the pool was nice as well, overall it was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at. it was also very nicely decorated and had a beachy vibe. Loved it! Would stay again.

It was convenient to stay with multiple families because every single bedroom has its’ own separate bathroom and the kids loved the room with the triple bunkbeds. The location is so pretty and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and at the amazing pool and lagoon resort. What a fun place to have in Utah. This rental even has its own paddle boards which my kids spent on the lagoon all day. We will definitely be back!

There’s plenty of room for a large crowd, yet all the en suite bathrooms allow for privacy and personal space. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The balcony is the perfect place to relax in the hot tub or on the couches and enjoy the gorgeous St George evenings. The pool and lagoon provide hours of entertainment. I appreciated how conveniently located the townhome was to the freeway and the rest of St George. I definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

We stayed here during the Christmas break and we were so pleased to have plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things to do while we were there. We loved the shuffleboard! This unit was well appointed, with all the amenities! It was comfortable, relaxing, with a private hot tub available and games to entertain the kids. The lagoon was just steps away and the pool was large, clean and had many deck chairs, tables and umbrellas for use. Pool towels were provided, with a washer and dryer to maintain them. This was such a beautiful home! It was in a great location to the lagoon too! Plenty of room for our family.
