Sunniva, which means “Gift of the Sun”, is everything you would hope for in a vacation rental! Nestled in the incredible community of Desert Color, this great condo will provide your group a fantastic experience as you explore Southern Utah.
The 1st floor welcomes you with an open concept living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry. There is also a great master suite on this ground level with an attached ensuite. As you move to floor two, you will arrive at two more bedrooms and bathrooms before you head to the final third level that features a murphy bed and a beautiful rooftop deck! This versatile deck is the perfect gathering place for sunbathing during the day, stargazing at night, or turning on the fire pit and evening patio furniture lights as you close out your day together. This adorably decorated home will provide you with all the creature comforts you could want, all while just being a short walk away from The Shores Resort, with its stunning pool and neighboring Lagoon!
**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
