This incredible condo sits in the heart of the Desert Color vacation community in Southern Utah! With 3 levels of comfort and fun, and is just a short walk away from all the incredible resort amenities. You will find a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, in addition to a king-sized master suite and living space. Upstairs, you’ll find more bedrooms, along with a 3rd-floor loft area with bunks and a walkout exterior deck featuring great outdoor seating. While you will find everything you need for a great stay at Sun, Sand, and Smiles, be sure to check out The Shores Resort!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

Plenty of room for our family, very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Pool, Lagoon and hot tubs were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. We spent a lot of time in the living, dining and kitchen area when we were in the unit. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The amenities (community hot tubs, lagoon) are a short walk from the unit. The Lagoon isn’t heated and in May we found it pretty chilly but still had a great time. We didn’t use them but there were paddle boards provided in the townhouse. Restaurants are all within a short drive of the property and of course great hiking spots all around St. George. Overall it was a great stay.

This is a great venue to stay at with your family. The lagoon is fun and was never too crowded. The house is clean. The only thing I didn’t care for is there are no dressers in the house or drawers in the bathrooms. We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to unpack instead of living out of our suitcases. They do have portable hanging shelves but then it cuts into your closet space to hang your clothes. The bathrooms only have large cabinets no drawers to put your personal items in. Other than that it was a great place and our family had a wonderful time.

We loved staying here so much, we added an extra day at the end of our trip. The condo was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed there. We had so much fun at the lagoon and enjoyed having the paddleboard to use. The management was super helpful and always quick to respond.

We went down for a volleyball tournament! Our girls absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and lagoon. The water was still really cold in the lagoon, but we still had sun paddle boarding! The house was very clean! Our kids loved the bunk bed loft area! We would definitely stay here again!

Top-tier resort, relaxing environment, extremely clean, very spacious, and excellent amenities! My husband & I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and loved every minute of our time here. It felt like a home away from home, everything was in such excellent condition, with brand new appliances, the ability to do laundry, plus the lagoon & pool just a 2 minute walk away - it was perfect! We also loved using their paddle board at the lagoon. An ideal vacation home to bring your family to for a tropical escape to paradise! We will come back here often!
