This adorable 1,700 sq ft. condo sits in the heart of the Desert Color vacation community in Southern Utah! With 3 levels of comfort and fun, and is just a short walk away from all the incredible resort amenities. You will find a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, in addition to a king-sized master suite and living space. Upstairs you’ll find more bedrooms, along with a 3rd-floor loft area with bunks and a walkout exterior deck featuring great outdoor seating. While you will find everything you need for a great stay at Sun, Sand, and Smiles, be sure to check out The Shores Resort!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. Stayed with my wife and 3 kids with another couple and there 2 kids for a cheer tournament. Everything about the stay was spot on. Great communication. And the kids loved the amenities. Would most definitely recommend!

This is a great venue to stay at with your family. The lagoon is fun and was never too crowded. The house is clean. The only thing I didn’t care for is there are no dressers in the house or drawers in the bathrooms. We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to unpack instead of living out of our suitcases. They do have portable hanging shelves but then it cuts into your closet space to hang your clothes. The bathrooms only have large cabinets no drawers to put your personal items in. Other than that it was a great place and our family had a wonderful time.

We loved staying here so much, we added an extra day at the end of our trip. The condo was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed there. We had so much fun at the lagoon and enjoyed having the paddleboard to use. The management was super helpful and always quick to respond.

We went down for a volleyball tournament! Our girls absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and lagoon. The water was still really cold in the lagoon, but we still had sun paddle boarding! The house was very clean! Our kids loved the bunk bed loft area! We would definitely stay here again!

Top-tier resort, relaxing environment, extremely clean, very spacious, and excellent amenities! My husband & I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and loved every minute of our time here. It felt like a home away from home, everything was in such excellent condition, with brand new appliances, the ability to do laundry, plus the lagoon & pool just a 2 minute walk away - it was perfect! We also loved using their paddle board at the lagoon. An ideal vacation home to bring your family to for a tropical escape to paradise! We will come back here often!

This property was super clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay! Our kids absolutely loved the bunkbed room, all of the indoor and outdoor games, and we took the paddle board and canoe to the Lagoon everyday! The property is clean, and the southern Utah photography made us feel incredibly comfortable! We definitely will return again soon!

The property was very nice and clean. The Pool and Lagoon were so much fun for the kids. Everyone was very pleased with our vacation and asking to come back already. The property managers did an outstanding job.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
