This 3-story condo features a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living spaces, laundry onsite, an arcade game console with over 3,000 games, and more! Enjoy both the rooftop deck and the balcony of one of the master's to soak in the beautiful sunshine or stargaze at night! When your party has had its fill of everything this great rental has to offer, head over to The Shores Resort for more fun!

There's a reverse osmosis water system at the kitchen sink to cover all the water needs of thirsty vacationers with pure, safe drinking water.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is

Best place for a family reunion! All ages love the Lagoon, the beautiful pool and all the fun stuff included—paddle boards, floats, etc. The facilities were excellent—clean, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished. Definitely a 5 star getaway!!

Our stay was really nice for a long weekend getaway. It seemed a little on the pricier side for the experience overall. The layout is very well done, there are a lot of bathrooms and good size bedrooms. Lots of TVs in bedrooms and common areas too, probably really nice for multi-family stays. We were really looking forward to the huge pool with the sand beaches but it was very cold. I gave up on it but my husband and son played in it for a bit. That was a big draw for us so it was kind of a bummer that we maybe came too early in the year for the water to feel great. We didn’t try the smaller pools but they looked nice and I know they’re heated. It was a good place, and would be a good spot for a friends or extended family trip.

We stayed for 4 nights and the place was just as pictured. Location was great. Right between St George and Hurricane. Little less than hour from Zion NP. There’s a nice park only a 5 minute walk away.

This townhouse was so light and bright with modern furniture. Very comfortable and had so many extras like arcade game and rooftop deck. The grass area was a great gathering spot. Desert Color was an amazing resort community. We loved lagoon and pool and just walking and scooting around neighborhood. Can\'t wait till restraints come so we never have to leave this area. My only con was way too much furniture in living room and loft area. We had to move furniture around to have a walking path.

We had an absolute blast staying here! This place was so inviting and clean. Beds were all super comfortable. Our kids didn’t want to come down from the loft area with the arcade and balcony! The pool and lagoon are spectacular! We had such a great time and will be back in the fall!!!

Very nice place, loved the roof patio. Loved the access to a few different hot tubs, pool and lagoon. Rental prices are high for paddle boards, so bring your own. Inconvenience would be that they say you can’t put the ac than 72 in the summer which maybe much too warm for some people.
