Welcome to Stillwater at Desert Color Resort! This fun 3 bedroom condo will be the perfect place to host your gathering while staying in St. George, Utah! From the comfy couches and flat-screen TVs, or the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need in this darling vacation rental.

Tastefully decorated throughout, this brand new build offers 2 master bedroom suites and a great bunk room with a trundle on the bottom, again with a flat-screen for the kids to enjoy. One of the best features of this home is the rooftop deck that is ready to help you enjoy the sun during the day or the stars at night! When you have gotten your fill of this amazing home, you will be just steps away from the Shores Resort and all its amenities and activities!!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and white sand beaches, The Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Great rental / - plenty of room, fun rental amenities (board games, xbox, fun bean bags) and resort style feel that made all 4 of us love our stay. The location was great - access to fun hikes (checkout Aspiration Point just a 3 minute drive away) and an easy drive to Sand Hallow State Park. We used the pool and played catch in the lagoon - great way to wind down (and cool down!) after the activities of the day. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean, comfortable and as depicted in the listing. Even though our building construction was complete, there were still landscaping crews trenching and digging in the common areas, and the lagoon has construction barriers blocking off the walking area around the far side. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
