Come away with us and stay at Stapes Escape! This rental has everything you will need to have a great vacation! As you step in the door, you’ll find your main floor living, dining, and kitchen space, as well as your main floor master bedroom. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a meal for your crew. Upstairs ,you will find two more bedrooms (one with an ensuite) before you venture up to the top level that showcases a fun loft area with bunk beds and your own rooftop deck! While we are sure you will love every inch of Stapes Escape, you will also want to make time to head over to The Shores Resort to see what incredible amenities you will have access to!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. The unit was beautiful, new, well equipped and bright. The pool, lagoon and area was amazing! The resort and townhouse were great and the management company was very responsive and friendly. Issues that we had with the unit were quickly and pleasantly resolved. We would absolutely come again! A few things about the area/unit that might be helpful information for other guests: - the unit is laid out over 3 floors with very long steep steps, making for lovely high ceilings but not ideal for small children, the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Not an issue for my party but I didn’t realize it from the photos. - the pool restaurant is now open! - the lagoon is quite deep in parts and drops quickly in some areas and had me wishing I’d brought a life jacket for my youngest. - the pool/lagoon and area are meticulously cleaned daily and have a pricey resort feel but with sweet helpful friendly staff - Harmons grocery is the best and has everything you need!

We absolutely loved it here! The description and pictures were spot on. The house was lovely, and the amenities with the pool and lagoon were beyond wonderful. The location is great, as well.
