Splash and Swing was thoughtfully designed with gathering in mind, offering inviting spaces where family and friends can reconnect after a day in the sun. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to prepare meals, share stories from the day's adventures, and enjoy quality time together. With spacious bedrooms and comfortable gathering areas, everyone has room to spread out while still feeling connected.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, gather around the fire table beneath the Southern Utah sky, or load up the included beach gear and head to Desert Color's incredible Lagoon for a day on the water. Whether you're exploring the community by bike or simply unwinding back at the house, Splash and Swing offers the perfect home base for creating unforgettable vacation memories.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the southwest side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The Lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, and more! Recreation equipment, golf carts, and cabanas can be rented on-site. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or Lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay.

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team before arrival for registration details and instructions.
