Sol Retreat is designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of space to unwind. The main home features three spacious king suites and two bunk rooms, each with a private bathroom for comfort and convenience. Just above the garage, the detached casita offers a peaceful escape with its own entrance, king bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, and balcony, perfect for couples or anyone wanting a little extra privacy.

Whether you're gathering with family or traveling with a group, this home is set up for making memories. Enjoy game nights with a selection of classic favorites, relax in beautifully styled living spaces, and take advantage of multiple areas to spread out and recharge. Thoughtful touches throughout the home create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.
