Sometimes you just need to get outside and feel your feet on the sand, and there’s no better spot than Sixteen Sandals! Experience your very own beach day in the desert with the included kayak and paddleboards at the Desert Color Lagoon! Let your worries melt away while relaxing in your private hot tub, or get cozy around the fire table and admire the view from your balcony! You can explore the community with the provided E-bikes and electric scooters, or spend some quality time inside with the board games and Nintendo Wii! With a private garage, fully furnished kitchen, and Smart TVs featuring FUBO channels, you’ll feel right at home while you’re away! This home has it all except for you, so make sure your next vacation is memorable at Sixteen Sandals!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We stayed at the Sixteen Sandals unit in Desert Color and had a wonderful experience! The house was clean, stylish, and spacious. Perfect for a relaxing family trip. The layout was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub after long days exploring. Check-in was smooth, and everything was just as expected. Definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the St. George area!

Great place to stay! Stayed here with my softball team and the townhouse was lovely. Every bedroom has a bathroom, which was very convenient. Hot tub was great!

This place is fantastic. The house, the complex and the area. This is the top of our list when we are able to venture back to St George. The place is perfect. I\'m sorry we don\'t have anything we can pick at, lol. Well done on a your rental and experience at desert color!!

We had such a fun time! This place was better than we expected! Super spacious! We especially loved that each room had their own bathroom. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We also had a little hiccup with figuring out how to use the oven but they were SO on top of it and sent someone over asap to get it fixed. We also left an item behind- but the host was super responsive and helped give us peace of mind that we would be able to get the item back. We would 1000% stay again.

Everything was perfect! The place was nice with all the amenities, so clean and decorated cute, and every appliance and kitchen item you’d ever need including a waffle maker, and labeled so nicely so we knew where things were and where to put them back.

This is a fantastic resort property for large families or groups who want some space and access to great amenities. We had a large group but with the multiple gathering areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, it was very comfortable for us. It had first class furnishings and the location was great. We\'ll be back.

This is such an amazing rental! I was blown away by the cleanliness of the home. My favorite part of was riding the electric bikes and scooters around the property! Such a great spot for large groups! The beds are very comfy. We will be returning soon. 10/10

This place is so much fun! The property is brand new and was very clean. I came down for a girl’s weekend and I am already looking to book my next stay and bring my teenage kids back. They would love this place! The bunk room would be a blast. It has something for everyone. With the proximity to the lagoon and pool, people can go back and forth easily. I carried a paddle board over to the lagoon with one hand and enjoyed paddling around the lagoon. The electric bikes and scooters were fun to have available to ride around the trails and sitting in the hot tub on the private deck was a lot of fun.

First of all, it is beautifully decorated and super clean, something that does not go unnoticed. We loved the large kitchen and table area. A great gathering place for a large group to eat, and play games. We also loved the bunk room and kids/teen area upstairs. It extends out onto the deck with a hot tub, table for eating, and fire fixture. We sat in the hot tub every night and it was always the perfect temperature and super clean. We enjoyed using the electric bikes and scooters found in the garage as well as the paddle boards on the lagoon. It\'s so nice to have access to these additional forms of entertainment. In the past, we have looked into renting electric bikes and didn\'t end up doing it because of the additional expense. It\'s So nice to have it all included with this unit. So much to do here, and everyone had such a great time! I will definitely be recommending this to friends, and hope to get back soon.
