From the gourmet kitchen and open living area to the high-end mattresses and soft water throughout the home, every detail helps make your stay comfortable. Gather over a big breakfast, prepare dinner after a day of exploring, or enjoy some friendly competition with Pac-Man, NBA Jam, foosball, and shuffleboard. With six private bathrooms and comfortable bedroom spaces, everyone has room to settle in and recharge.

Your personal golf cart makes getting around Desert Color easy, whether you're heading to the Lagoon, visiting the resort pools, or meeting up for a game of pickleball. Pack up the beach chairs, cooler, and wagon for a relaxing day by the water, or grab the included adult and youth kayaks and youth paddleboard for some time out on the Lagoon. After a full day in the sun, return home to soak in the private hot tub, challenge your crew to a game, and unwind together.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The Lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on site, as well as cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10 foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year, like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive in movies on the big screen at the pool or Lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
