Positioned mere moments from the resort waterfront, treat yourself to a desert-beach day with kayaks and paddleboards! The home’s private balcony features a hot tub and fire table with seating, perfect for relaxing evenings overlooking the surrounding area! Leisurely explore the community with the provided golf cart, or enjoy a day inside catching up on your favorite shows! Shoreline is the easy choice for any Southern Utah getaway and will keep you coming back for more!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. Our family group of 11, 7 adults and 4 children, absolutely loved the house. It was even nicer than described and located in a community with lots to do. The home was well-decorated and nicely laid out. The outdoor space with multiple seating areas, a hot tub, and a television was always in use. Everyone enjoyed the golf cart, paddle boards, and kayaks that were used at the lagoon. The proximity to Big Shots driving range was perfect. The proximity to downtown St. George and the national and state parks made it a perfect location. All correspondence with Red Rock was answered promptly. Our family would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this house to others.

We stayed 7 days at Shoreline in Desert Color. Property was clean and well cared for. We had eleven family members with plenty room for all. This unit is close to the pool and lake. We used the paddle boards supplied by the unit owners and had great fun at the lake. They even supplied a golf cart at no additional cost. We rented from Red Rock they are vary professional and responded quickly to my questions.

We were traveling to Mesquite for a soccer tournament but decided to stay in St. George. The distance to and from was not bad at all. This was the best decision for our family! We were a group of 10 + a baby. The townhome felt spacious enough for us all. It was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Each room has its own bathroom, definitely a perk! We really enjoyed our stay & are looking forward to coming back! *I do want to call out construction, the community is in a growth phase. This was in no way a problem for us during our stay.

Great place, up and coming neighborhood, great amenities This place is located in the best vacation neighborhood in St. George. We loved the open space, and the decor, and the hot tub.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
