Head out on the lagoon with paddleboards and kayaks, explore the surrounding paved trails on electric scooters, or get out and enjoy the beautiful surrounding outdoors. In a gaming mood? Have a fun competition of ping pong, shuffleboard, or basketball shootout. Then, don't forget to snap a picture in front of the unique sunset mural upstairs to add to the memory book!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Great place to stay with extended family. The mattresses were really soft, so if you like a firm bed, not the best for us older people. Well stocked we made thanksgiving dinner there. Be aware the condo sleeps a bunch of people, but the island and kitchen are tiny. Great location, really close to the club house area with swimming pools and pickleball courts.

The property management company was awesome and the house amenities were great, but the lagoon being down at the resort was a huge bummer. It made the pool even more full so it really took away from our family time enjoyment. Red rock was fantastic to work with though, and offered a refund for the inconvenience so that helped. I would just make sure the lagoon is back up and running before I ever booked at desert color again.

Our experience with this rental was great! There were 12 of us and it accommodated everyone perfectly. Our favorite part of the house was the top floor living room where we could all sit comfortably and chat for hours. The place was well decorated, in perfect order and had all the amenities you need. The resort is still under construction, so it’s an active construction site which was the only distraction as homes across the street were still being built. But the lagoon concept is really clever, as it spreads the guests out and has lake house vibes, even if it does feel a wee bit like the Truman Show : ) We highly recommend recommend Red Rock and this condo.

Great Condo and Great Resort!

This five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo was perfect for our family. It is very new and very clean. We loved the condo amenities like the private hot tub, ping-pong table, paddle boards, scooters and bikes. We also loved the resort amenities like the lagoon, the pool and the pickleball courts. We had a great time and will definitely be staying in this condo again. The interactions we had with the owner and with Red Rock Vacation Rentals were great! They were very interested in making sure we had a great stay. Mission accomplished!

We rented over a long weekend, and the resort was great! If you bring enough food, you never need to leave the property. I am sure it will be even nicer once the construction is finished. The condo we stayed in was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Such a fabulous weekend at Serenity Now! More than enough space to accommodate our large extended family. We never got bored with the many activities provided in home. Foosball, ping pong, arcade basketball, hot tub, tvs, and shuffleboard. Fully stocked kitchen, some examples are: a griddle, toaster, crockpot, full stovetop set, coffee maker, and storage Tupperware. The lagoon and pool were an added bonus! Beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked, towels and accessories for water activities were provided. Such a wonderful home and somewhere I will for sure be staying again!

This place was the absolute perfect getaway. It is located in a perfect spot, just outside of St. George but close enough to get to the city, or to any number of hiking trails, in just a matter of minutes. We did a lot of things on our trip, but what we said afterwards was how, next time we come, we are going to just spend more time at the townhome. There were so many amenities and things for adults and kids of all ages to do. The swimming pool, lagoon, and on-site hot tub were big hits. We also had rotating tournaments of games between ping pong, basketball shots, mini shuffleboard, and foosball. We rode electric scooters, played pickleball, and watched shows on the super comfy couches. There were 12 of us staying there and it never felt crowded. One big plus was the number of bathrooms that made it so nobody had to wait for anyone else. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We loved this so much that we are already planning our next stay. Best. Place. Ever. Thanks!

We rented this place for a family gathering.. We had kids ranging from 18 yrs to 5 yrs and there was plenty of space where we did not feel crowded. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the new rooftop hot tub adjacent to the building. The dining table is an added bonus as the space is perfect for large party groups playing card games. This rental gives ample space and I highly recommend booking Serenity Now.

St George was hot. We loved how cooling the lagoon was. The kids loved it. There is so much space that we dont feel crowded. You can stay inside on really hot days and play ping pong, basketball, fuseball, shuffleboard, and other games. This place has all the amenities and I do appreciate a large pantry and flowing kitchen. We will be staying here again!

Amazing rental. Every detail was thought of when equipping this unit. Close proximity to pool and lagoon. Roku big screens in every room including outside on deck by spa and fire pit. Paddle boards, kayaks electric scooters etc. The unit which is called Serenity Now was first class. We were not disappointed in a single thing. Highly recommend! #serenitynowvacation

So many amenities you would normally have to pay extra for. It is so close to the pool and lagoon. Oh my gosh, the lagoon! So big and it\'s always a treat for me to walk in the sand. The comfort level is definitely a 10. The mattresses and couches were so comfy. How many times can I use the word \"so\"? Lol This exceeded our expectations. We will certainly need to book a longer stay next year. I\'m so impressed with the unit, the amenities at the unit and in the community, the staff\'s kindness (shout out to Regan) and the available activities. Also, so many things to see and do around St George. Great choice for a vacation!

What an incredible property and amenities! The condo fit 10 people very comfortably. The the lagoon and pool were absolutely incredible and so much fun! We loved having the paddle boards and kayaks available for use and it was just a short walk to the lagoon. Everything about the condo was perfect! We are already planning to return. This was my first visit to Desert Color Resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! I stayed at Serenity Now. It\'s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. The cozy charm of Serenity Now enveloped me throughout my stay. The bedrooms were like a sanctuary, offering a haven of relaxation after a day of adventure. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night\'s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the personal hot tub. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun and I could watch TV. The lagoon at Desert Color Resort was a true gem. Just a short walk from Serenity Now, it offered a beautiful setting for kayaking and paddleboarding. The kayaks and paddleboards were easily accessible and a breeze to carry. Exploring the lagoon was an incredible experience. The kids loved paddle boarding and they did really well, considering it was their first attempt. What impressed me further was the availability of beach chairs and supplies at Serenity Now. It made heading to the beach hassle-free. I could pack a picnic, grab the beach chairs, buckets, beach toys, and have a delightful time enjoying the sun, sand, and waves. It added an extra touch of convenience and made my beach outings even more enjoyable. And there’s an extra card table and chairs for extra seating inside the rental or in the garage. Having a mural was a nice touch to take a group photo. The kids loved the egg chairs and wanted to ride the e-scooters whenever possible. We all can’t wait to return next year! We loved our stay at Serenity now! We have a large family and we were able to fit comfortably with lots of room to spare. There were so many amenities to keep the kids entertained. They especially LOVED the electric scooters, foosball table, shuffleboard table and all the games in the garage. I LOVED having our own private hot tub. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially the beds and the large couch in the upstairs family room. We had a movie night every night. We will definitely be returning!

I had the best boys trip with my dad.. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities together. The beds are extremely comfortable. My favorite room is the teenage hangout downstairs by the kitchen. The egg chairs were a nice touch for the outside patio.There were only two of us using the whole rental and it’s definitely suited for large groups of people. We liked this place so much, we are going to return with family!

Beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked, towels and accessories for water activities were provided. Such a wonderful home and somewhere I will for sure be staying again!

Our fam had such a fantastic vacation this past weekend! The property is sooo perfect! It was well stocked (kitchen/bathroom supplies, fans, fun house/water toys, towels, etc). It was roomie enough to all hang in the same room, but also roomie enough to have our own space if we needed. The lagoon and pool were top notch. Can\'t wait to go back!

Very nice place had all the things you could wish for, except good internet and phone service, but if you want the kids off thier devices its perfect ? we had the best time and loved the house and amenities

This place was the absolute perfect getaway. It is located in a perfect spot, just outside of St. George but close enough to get to the city, or to any number of hiking trails, in just a matter of minutes. We did a lot of things on our trip, but what we said afterwards was how, next time we come, we are going to just spend more time at the townhome. There were so many amenities and things for adults and kids of all ages to do. The swimming pool, lagoon, and on-site hot tub were big hits. We also had rotating tournaments of games between ping pong, basketball shots, mini shuffleboard, and foosball. We rode electric scooters, played pickleball, and watched shows on the super comfy couches. There were 12 of us staying there and it never felt crowded. One big plus was the number of bathrooms that made it so nobody had to wait for anyone else. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We loved this so much that we are already planning our next stay. Best. Place. Ever. Thanks!

We rented this place for a family gathering.. We had kids ranging from 18 yrs to 5 yrs and there was plenty of space where we did not feel crowded. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the new rooftop hot tub adjacent to the building. The dining table is an added bonus as the space is perfect for large party groups playing card games. This rental gives ample space and I highly recommend booking Serenity Now.

St George was hot. We loved how cooling the lagoon was. The kids loved it. There is so much space that we dont feel crowded. You can stay inside on really hot days and play ping pong, basketball, fuseball, shuffleboard, and other games. This place has all the amenities and I do appreciate a large pantry and flowing kitchen. We will be staying here again!

Amazing resort for three families attending soccer tournament. Lots of space, comfortable beds and kitchen extremely well equipped and organized! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing rental. Every detail was thought of when equipping this unit. Close proximity to pool and lagoon. Roku big screens in every room including outside on deck by spa and fire pit. Paddle boards, kayaks electric scooters etc. The unit which is called Serenity Now was first class. We were not disappointed in a single thing. Highly recommend! #serenitynowvacation

or comments here. * What a beautiful community! We had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo, Serenity Now. So incredibly comfy and spacious. So many amenities you would normally have to pay extra for. It is so close to the pool and lagoon. Oh my gosh, the lagoon! So big and it\'s always a treat for me to walk in the sand. The comfort level is definitely a 10. The mattresses and couches were so comfy. How many times can I use the word \"so\"? Lol This exceeded our expectations. We will certainly need to book a longer stay next year. I\'m so impressed with the unit, the amenities at the unit and in the community, the staff\'s kindness (shout out to Regan) and the available activities. Also, so many things to see and do around St George. Great choice for a vacation!

What an incredible property and amenities! The condo fit 10 people very comfortably. The the lagoon and pool were absolutely incredible and so much fun! We loved having the paddle boards and kayaks available for use and it was just a short walk to the lagoon. Everything about the condo was perfect! We are already planning to return. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

This was my first visit to Desert Color Resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! I stayed at Serenity Now. The attention to detail and the tasteful arrangement truly showcased a blend of comfort and elegance without it feeling like I couldn’t touch anything. It\'s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. The cozy charm of Serenity Now enveloped me throughout my stay. The bedrooms were like a sanctuary, offering a haven of relaxation after a day of adventure. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night\'s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the personal hot tub. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun and I could watch TV. The lagoon at Desert Color Resort was a true gem. Just a short walk from Serenity Now, it offered a beautiful setting for kayaking and paddleboarding. The kayaks and paddleboards were easily accessible and a breeze to carry. Exploring the lagoon was an incredible experience. The kids loved paddle boarding and they did really well, considering it was their first attempt. What impressed me further was the availability of beach chairs and supplies at Serenity Now. It made heading to the beach hassle-free. I could pack a picnic, grab the beach chairs, buckets, beach toys, and have a delightful time enjoying the sun, sand, and waves. It added an extra touch of convenience and made my beach outings even more enjoyable. And there’s an extra card table and chairs for extra seating inside the rental or in the garage. Having a mural was a nice touch to take a group photo. The kids loved the egg chairs and wanted to ride the e-scooters whenever possible. We all can’t wait to return next year! We loved our stay at Serenity now! We have a large family and we were able to fit comfortably with lots of room to spare. There were so many amenities to keep the kids entertained. They especially LOVED the electric scooters, foosball table, shuffleboard table and all the games in the garage. I LOVED having our own private hot tub. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially the beds and the large couch in the upstairs family room. We had a movie night every night. We will definitely be returning!

I had the best boys trip with my dad.. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities together. The beds are extremely comfortable. My favorite room is the teenage hangout downstairs by the kitchen. The egg chairs were a nice touch for the outside patio.There were only two of us using the whole rental and it’s definitely suited for large groups of people. We liked this place so much, we are going to return with family!
