The highlight of this desert retreat is the private hot tub, allowing you to relax under the starry night sky while soaking in the warmth of the Utah desert. The pergola-covered patio features comfortable seating and a mesmerizing fire table, creating an ideal spot for gatherings, intimate conversations, and stargazing. With two separate living spaces, this property provides flexibility for various activities. Whether you prefer to gather for movie nights or engage in lively conversations, there's a space for everyone. An Xbox gaming console is also available for those looking to add a touch of entertainment to their vacation.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Red Rock a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Our stay at Rock Creek was perfect for our family. The townhouse was very comfortable and well appointed. Loved the artwork focused on local, scenic red rock locations and outdoor adventures. The unit was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed for special holiday dinners. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect for our large family. We were there for a wedding in St George. The property is about 10 minutes from the Temple and close to tons of food and Tuachan. Lots of extra sleeping possibilities too! Clean, and comfortable. The hot tub on the deck was so great for the adults to relax after a hot day in the sun. We had a few issues with smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night, but the host fixed as soon as possible. The Lagoon was closed for all but one day we were there due to some maintenance issues, but the pools were still open and were so fun! The host also offered free kayak and paddle board rentals due to the closing of the lagoon which was very nice. I would definitely stay again! Such a fun property and area. One thing to note, the cell service is sparse in the area for some reason, so switch to wifi calling to get your calls to go through. That seemed to fix that problem.

We loved this property! Desert Color is so lovely and has so many great amenities. We were in town for Pinners Conference and made a family vacation out of it. The kids loved the bunk room, the resort pool and the walking trails. The house is clean and great quality! Check in and out processes were easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Property was as advertised ,all rooms were clean and all beds were extremely comfortable. Parking is a little tricky if you drive a larger Vehicles like we do and had three vehicles. It appeared that the community is adding parking to make this a little better

16 family members met in St. George for Spring Break at a home in the Desert Color Resort neighborhood. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen as well set up with plenty of dishes and other items necessary for making meals for a large group. The included amenities made the stay even more enjoyable, including the private hot tub on the homes deck. We were close to St George, and enjoyed several hikes and bike rides, both in the beautiful nearby Snow Canyon State Park, as well as other mountain bike trails that were a fairly close drive. Zion National Park is a very doable day trip from here, and highly recommended as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break here, and would happily return someday.

This was a great property for large families. Plenty of room to stretch out and still let everyone have their own private space. The rooftop patio is fantastic and sunsets from the hot tub are amazing. The beds are super comfortable with top of the line linens. Everyone had a great nights sleep! Our family had such a great time! The lagoon is beautiful and sunrises and sunsets at this location is something else super beautiful. It’s about an 8 minute drive to Walmart which was super convenient. Our family rented a golf cart and it made our experience there even much more fun! Communication was stellar!

I highly recommend this home! It’s conveniently located right off the highway making it easy to get to all the places we wanted to hike. And, it definitely felt like home away from home! It easily accommodated my family of 11 with three of the rooms having king size beds and their own bathrooms. The other two rooms (situated on the third floor with a private family room and balcony) had bunk beds with the bottom bunks being two kings and a queen. In addition to the comfort and space, the owner thought of everything from toys, paddle board, etc for the lagoon (which is amazing) to kids cups, extra towels, blankets and everything in between. I seriously can’t say enough about how they thought of everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Finally, I have to say that the management group for the house was amazing! Their customer service was top notch, even responding right away to my late evening message. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Great rental space for our girls weekend! It was sparkling clean with plenty of communal and tucked away hang out options. The end suite bath for the majority of bedrooms was a benefit as well as the two car garage. The hot tub was extremely clean and located on the upper patio so it had nice view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, gadgets and a double oven. The main floor sound bar and with smart tv was convenient to play music throughout the weekend. If you want to lounge by the pool, it\'s a 5 min walk to the main pool and lagoon and pool from the unit. Red Rock Rentals is quick to respond to texts if you have any questions during the stay. The Desert Color area is still under quite a bit of construction, but it did not hinder our stay. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful Home This home was beautiful, so clean, and so perfect for our group of 13, ages newborn to 65. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and all sorts of pots and pans and even a griddle! They also had a Keurig and Sodastream. We didn’t run into any item we wished they’d had. The house also had plenty of bath towels, and tons of pool towels. If you’re bringing your dog, they do have two different sized dog crates in the garage, and dog bowls to use in the pantry. Our kids loved the hot tub and the tv on the patio— it was the perfect spot to gather each night. There were only two main drawbacks to this home— because it’s in a very new subdivision, don’t count on having cell phone service— of our group, only one person with AT&T had service in the home, everyone else with Verizon had no service as soon as you got close to the subdivision. Service was also hit or miss at the lagoon or pool. The WiFi was great, though. The biggest downside to us was pool and Lagoon are about a 10 minute walk from the home. Our teenagers would walk back and forth, but for the most part, we had to drive. Also— we booked this home because we were under the impression the Lagoon would be swimmable and fun— it is FREEZING!! We were there in April, and it was soo cold. Because the Lagoon was so cold, the pool and hot tub were super overcrowded. To paddle board, we used tie downs we brought to strap them to our car. Overall— we loved this home and plan on coming back!

One of my best experiences. The house was perfect for our large group with lots of places to sleep. Kitchen table was big. Lots of places for all of us to hangout. Hot tub was a bonus. Bummed that the lagoon was drained. Red rock was great at responding. We had some trouble with the heat upstairs and they corrected it quickly. They were able to fix it without coming over. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dinnerware. I would definitely go back. All around great experience. It was nice it was a new unit too. Front door was hard to get to but if you open the garage door you can enter that way.

Our family had such a great time! The lagoon is beautiful and sunrises and sunsets at this location is something else super beautiful. It’s about an 8 minute drive to Walmart which was super convenient. Our family rented a golf cart and it made our experience there even much more fun! Communication was stellar!

I highly recommend this home! It’s conveniently located right off the highway making it easy to get to all the places we wanted to hike. And, it definitely felt like home away from home! It easily accommodated my family of 11 with three of the rooms having king size beds and their own bathrooms. The other two rooms (situated on the third floor with a private family room and balcony) had bunk beds with the bottom bunks being two kings and a queen. In addition to the comfort and space, the owner thought of everything from toys, paddle board, etc for the lagoon (which is amazing) to kids cups, extra towels, blankets and everything in between. I seriously can’t say enough about how they thought of everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Finally, I have to say that the management group for the house was amazing! Their customer service was top notch, even responding right away to my late evening message. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Better than expected. The beds were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed. The communication was top notch—we received answers to questions within minutes. I highly recommend!

Great rental space for our girls weekend! It was sparkling clean with plenty of communal and tucked away hang out options. The end suite bath for the majority of bedrooms was a benefit as well as the two car garage. The hot tub was extremely clean and located on the upper patio so it had nice view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, gadgets and a double oven. The main floor sound bar and with smart tv was convenient to play music throughout the weekend. If you want to lounge by the pool, it\'s a 5 min walk to the main pool and lagoon and pool from the unit. Red Rock Rentals is quick to respond to texts if you have any questions during the stay. The Desert Color area is still under quite a bit of construction, but it did not hinder our stay. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful Home This home was beautiful, so clean, and so perfect for our group of 13, ages newborn to 65. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and all sorts of pots and pans and even a griddle! They also had a Keurig and Sodastream. We didn’t run into any item we wished they’d had. The house also had plenty of bath towels, and tons of pool towels. If you’re bringing your dog, they do have two different sized dog crates in the garage, and dog bowls to use in the pantry. Our kids loved the hot tub and the tv on the patio— it was the perfect spot to gather each night. There were only two main drawbacks to this home— because it’s in a very new subdivision, don’t count on having cell phone service— of our group, only one person with AT&T had service in the home, everyone else with Verizon had no service as soon as you got close to the subdivision. Service was also hit or miss at the lagoon or pool. The WiFi was great, though. The biggest downside to us was pool and Lagoon are about a 10 minute walk from the home. Our teenagers would walk back and forth, but for the most part, we had to drive. Also— we booked this home because we were under the impression the Lagoon would be swimmable and fun— it is FREEZING!! We were there in April, and it was soo cold. Because the Lagoon was so cold, the pool and hot tub were super overcrowded. To paddle board, we used tie downs we brought to strap them to our car. Overall— we loved this home and plan on coming back!

One of my best experiences. The house was perfect for our large group with lots of places to sleep. Kitchen table was big. Lots of places for all of us to hangout. Hot tub was a bonus. Bummed that the lagoon was drained. Red rock was great at responding. We had some trouble with the heat upstairs and they corrected it quickly. They were able to fix it without coming over. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dinnerware. I would definitely go back. All around great experience. It was nice it was a new unit too. Front door was hard to get to but if you open the garage door you can enter that way.

The host was so responsive and the home was beautiful and clean and so family friendly! We loved the little decorative details- the dragon blankets and games… wonderful experience!
