Beautifully decorated with very nice high-end furniture, this vacation rental will please the eye and all your needs. There are two indoor living spaces each with a fold-out sofa and TVs. The bright new kitchen offers all you need to prepare and serve up your family's favorite meals. And don't forget the grill on the deck for added meal prep options. The dining room table will seat 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar for three. The buffet holds cards and board games for hours of family competition and fun. Also on the main floor, you will find a master with a queen-size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and double sinks in the beautiful bathroom. There is a half bath for added convenience.

The second level boasts another master with a King-size bed, TV, and it steps out to a balcony to enjoy the day or the evening stars. The bath has double sinks, a tub, and a shower too. The bunk room has a twin over a full and a twin trundle, so it can sleep up to 4. There is a desk and a TV and you can step out to the deck and relax outdoors. Across the hall is another bathroom. The washer and dryer are located just down the hall.

The bonus loft is Detroit-themed, roomy, and offers comfy furniture to relax and watch some TV on. There is a mini-fridge for your convenience as well. You may want some cool drinks as you step out to this awesome deck. Comfy patio furniture galore! Enjoy the sunny BLUE skies St. George has to offer or at night the stars love to display themselves year-round!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Desert Color is St George's newest development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub that is now open and an incredible lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on a sandy beach! Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

The unit is clean and just like the pictures! Easy check-in and check out and the host was very responsive. We were happy with the property, just have to be okay with lots of stairs since the space is split up on three levels and there isn't much of a gathering area. We loved the lagoon! Definitely the highlight of the area, which is still largely being built out. A little walking map would have been super helpful, but we found our way around. Hoped to have access to pickleball courts but they were still under construction as of our stay at the beginning of September (we drove to the Picklr on St George Blvd instead). Bring outdoor games! There's a large grassy area in front where families were playing and we wished we had brought Spikeball.

We absolutely loved the stay!! It was clean and comfortable, we especially loved the rooftop deck and star gazing at night. The townhome had everything you could ask for and more; clean, comfortable, lots of deck space, and a nice roomy kitchen. The lagoon. Where to begin, it was absolutely amazing- where else can you play on a sandy beach and then paddleboard at the same time in a 2.5-acre swimming pool? The water was refreshing and cool, the beach was immaculate and the kids loved building sandcastles. The night we were there the clubhouse was doing a movie night and had a movie up on the big screen that we could watch from the hot tub, does it get any better? Love the vibe and the outdoor lifestyle that the Desert Color community

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
