Want to relax at the pad? Not a problem, kick back with the BBQ Grill and private patio, lawn darts and croquet, and the 3-in-1 Card Game Table that converts for air hockey and ping pong. With a casita built over the private garage, you can bring the whole family together and still have room to spare!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
