Red Desert Oasis offers hours of entertainment indoors and outdoors! Step into relaxation as you soak in the private hot tub, or explore the lagoon with our provided 3 paddleboards. Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong or cozy up for some board games and Xbox fun. With 4 scooters at your disposal, exploring the neighborhood becomes a breeze. There are 2 living spaces to relax and play games-- each has game tables! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, and large dining room table for family meals.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The garage was full of toys for the pool and lagoon. The golf cart was a huge plus. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was AMAZING! It was spotless and welcoming upon arrival! We loved the two large family areas to gather in. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen has all that we needed! Having the evenings cooler made having a hottub on site incredible, and the fire pit created a cozy atmosphere! We loved the golf cart to go back and forth to the main pools and lagoon! It will be a place to come back to for many vacations!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The resort is phenomenal, with so much to do. The townhome is comfortable, with many beds for everyone to sleep in. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved that the garage had all the playthings, so we didn't have to bring them from home. The golf cart made getting to the resort fast and convenient.

Wonderful place….. As of 10/24 there was still a lot of construction going on inside the complex and street signs are different than Google maps, but once it’s all completed, it will be a great location for trips to St George Utah. I would definitely stay again!

We had the best time at this home. It was beautiful and so accommodating and super clean. It had everything we needed and more. We cooked every night. It was so nice having the paddle boards to take to the lagoon. That was lots of fun. We also went to the lake one day and having the chairs, wagon and cooler was great. There are plenty of towels for everyone. There are lots of board and card games, which kept the kids occupied. Overall, we loved every part of it and can\'t wait to come back.

Wonderful new property - Desert Color is an amazing place with lots of activities! The Lagoon / Pool were amazing and it was nice to have paddle boards! It is a bit of a walk with them, you\'ll likely need to transport them in your vehicle - just fyi! There were events going on for the kids at the recreation center and pickle ball courts etc. Moreover - inside the home was an Xbox / Pool Tables and lots of Roku TVs - kids were never bored! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Just FYI - There is construction all around the property as this neighborhood is still being built and this was literally one of the first units built. They are building more units across the street - and the model home is one of the attached townhomes. Having said that, it didn\'t bother us at all - there was no one around at night - and the pricing was MORE than worth it. There was tons of space in the home for our family and we had an amazing time! We would definitely come back!
