From the large sectional sofa to the flat-screen TVs throughout the unit, your whole group will have plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day exploring the stunning landscape of Southern Utah. The beautiful and fully equipped kitchen offers you everything you need to pull together a family meal before spending a relaxing evening on the rooftop patio deck featuring your own private hot tub. Each bedroom provides comfortable beds and tasteful decor and while you will love every inch of this rental, be sure to carve out time to enjoy the incredible resort pool, snack shack, and sand volleyball just a short walk away!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is

We absolutely loved staying at this property! My kids loved the pool and lagoon, and renting a golf cart to get around while there. The space was clean, well arranged for our family, and comfortable. The amenities were great, and besides a little construction still happening, the property is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Pier 47 was the perfect getaway! Having lived on the California Coast for many years, we truly felt like we might be in a beach house in Cali! It is professionally decorated with beachy-vibes in every room. High-end furnishings, linens, pillows and mattresses. Very comfy! Fully stocked with everything you need - Keurig, air fryer, platters and even a Ninja blender! So nice to have bathrooms in every room too. The balcony was fun and we loved the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. Just one row away from the Lagoon and pool area which was perfect. The icing on the cake was we didn\'t have a laundry list of cleaning/checkout tasks we had to do unlike some STRs! We didn\'t even have to strip the beds or start a load of towels! We had a lovely time at Pier 47 and will definitely be back!
