When you’re not at the Lagoon, you can indulge in the comfort of the private hot tub, get cozy in front of the outdoor fireplace, or have some fun with the classic arcade console! The home also features a BBQ grill, an outdoor eating area, and a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate whatever meal you’re craving! At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

This was the best vacation rental we've had. Spacious and comfortable - plenty of beds and baths for our family. Kitchen incredibly well stocked with cooking and meal prep tools that allowed us to do a big holiday dinner. Everything well marked so we knew where to find it and where to put it away. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, even "kid-wear" for the little ones. Fantastic laundry room too! Hot tub was perfect. Great choice - we'll be back!

This was a perfect place for our group of 13 with room to spare. Space for us to be together or space to separate when some needed sleep while others played. The whole group loved the home and the location, close to all the things we went there to do. The amenities at the property were beautiful, enjoyable, and well cared for meeting the entire age and interest range of our group. Communication with Red Rock was great. They notified me and sent information just as I needed it. I didn’t have to search for any of it. I really appreciate that!Most of our group has requested the same stay again. They all LOVED it!

We loved our time at this resort! The house was clean and had great instructions for everything. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was well supplied (dish detergent, tp, towels, etc). We didn't run out of anything! The house was close to the lagoon and pickleball courts which was so convenient. There was plenty of grass areas to play games and hang out. The hot tub was well taken care of. The paddleboard, kayak, sand toys and especially the wagon were nice extras! We will definitely be back!

WOW is all I can say about this Vacation rental! 20/10 in my families book. This home is designed beautifully and is so clean! The cabinets are completely stocked with anything you would need to cook a thanksgiving dinner! The appliances are top notch and we cooked a 90% of our meals at home. My whole family was obsessed with the mattresses throughout this house. My husband and I loved them so much we had to remove the sheets so we could order one for our own master bedroom. They had the same mattresses on all the bunk beds as well making them completely suitable for adults and they are definitely sturdy enough for adults. The hot tub was such a great feature and the top deck with the views was the best place to hang out and chill. The garage had a paddle board and kayak which we took along with the sand toys and wagon straight out the garage to the most incredible lagoon. It was just steps away from the home and that was so nice! The amenities and management company were so nice. You will not regret staying here! Our family is already begging to come back and stay.
