At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

The house was very nice with everything you could need. The kids enjoyed the TV and game station in their room. We had 7 kids between 6-16. The kitchen was well supplied. The resort facilities were close by and very fun. We had a great time.

My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 8 grandkids which ranged from 2-10. We all had so much fun. The littles played in the sand and the lagoon shallow swimming area, and the older kids and adults loved the paddle boards and kayaks. The cell phone service for Verizon is almost non existent, but we were able to use the WiFi at the home for anything that we needed. Thank you for the enjoyable and memorable 4 day stay! We will for sure come back!

Over 10 of us and not a single complaint the entire time we stayed. The house was beautiful, and spacious. It was great for the entire family. From preteens to eighties everyone had a great time. Proximity to other southern Utah areas was excellent. We spent a day at Zion\'s National park and still had time for swimming when we got back. We will be back.

We recently stayed at Paddleboard Paradise for a quick getaway with some friends. We had a great time! Some things I liked were: --close location to pool/clubhouse/lagoon. Its a very short walk. My toddler loved running in and out of the lagoon and the older kids had fun on paddleboards --bathroom attached to every bedroom. This was really nice for showering after the pool --kitchen well-equipped. We made a big dinner and dessert and everything was there. Some people ate out on the deck and it was lovely. --bedrooms comfy. Everything was nice, new, clean. I liked the bedding a lot and even took a peek at the tag to see which brand it was. I\'ll see if I can find the same stuff for when I update my bedroom. Our kids also had fun playing video games in the loft, hanging out on the roof patio, and the adults got to relax! We will be back again
