This fully furnished vacation rental is equipped with everything your party will need to have a great stay! From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfy couches and smart TVs throughout, you are going to love relaxing at this great vacation rental. Enjoy a rooftop deck patio to either sunbathe during the day, or stargaze at night, but be sure to leave time to wander over to The Shores Resort to enjoy all their incredible amenities!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying at this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of the local business discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Place was as pictured and described. It had plenty of room. Everything was clean and listed for so there were no questions. The clubhouse had a wonderful pool and hot tub. The lagoon was amazing.

This was a great property. The beds were exactly as mentioned, and were comfortable. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen was perfect. Didn't have time to go to the lagoon, but the huge hot tub that was 20 ft from the front door was great. Overall, it exactly fits our needs.

The unit was great just as advertised. It was very clean as well and we loved our stay. Unit wasn’t totally ready when we got there at 4 but we twilled about the property so it was t a big deal.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
