Looking for a rental in a prime location with great amenities? Lagoon Vibes is just the right place! This 4 bed, 4.5 bath townhouse sleeps 12 guests and is located within the premier Desert Color community. Not only does this property include a private hot tub on the top deck with a mini bar area, but directly outside you will also find a large grass area to play and relax and a BBQ on the front patio. The property is also located a very short distance from the community pool, spa, and 2.5-acre lagoon where you can venture out with the property’s included paddleboard or kayak. So, whether you are ready for fun and sun, or want to kick back and relax during this vacation, Lagoon vibes will never disappoint!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

This was a beautiful and clean house. The bed and bathroom situation was perfect for two families with kids. We really loved the paddle board and kayak and the hot tub. It was a great getaway!

Spring Break

We had an enjoyable stay for our Spring Break. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Communication was great and everyone was friendly. The resort has a lot to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while we were in town for a high school football game. Plenty of room for 12 full size people. Nice amenities with the pool/lagoon etc. Kids enjoyed the provided SUP and kayak. Only negative was that the A/C unit is right outside the primary bedroom window. Will keep you up all night if you\'re a light sleeper like I am. Otherwise would totally recommend and stay again. Thanks!
