As soon as you step inside, you'll feel the refined elegance of the home, with spacious living areas thoughtfully decorated and furnished for luxury and comfort.

Each of the five king bedrooms features a private ensuite, ensuring every guest enjoys both comfort and privacy. The two additional bedrooms with queen bunk beds offer plenty of space for fun. Enjoy the open living spaces and a gourmet kitchen, fully stocked for any meal you wish to prepare. This home is perfect for gathering and creating memories in style!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to use only the designated and completed roads and pathways and to steer clear of any active construction activity. We rented this amazing lagoon house for the week for a family reunion. It was clean and comfortable. Red Rock was great at communicating and helped with everything along the way. Unfortunately, the lagoon at maintenance issues and was closed for the week. Although this was disappointing, red rock was great at communicating and made a fair reduction in the rental fees because of the issues. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.
