This 4 Bed / 4.5 Bath home is designed to please, mixing comfortable luxuries and fun entertainment to provide lasting memories with each visit! Experience a beach day in the desert at the Desert Color Lagoon, or take in the beautiful scenery from the comfort of your private hot tub! The balcony also features a fire pit, TV, and outdoor seating, perfect for groups or some alone time. Enjoy some quality time together with the provided games, or have some nostalgic competition with the classic arcade consoles! With a private garage, fully furnished kitchen, and Smart TVs including Hulu Live, you’ll feel right at home and can take it easy! Make the smart choice for your next trip, and visit Lagoon Daze!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. The Lagoon Daze condo was perfect for our Christmas family get away. It was very clean, well maintained and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything, and I mean everything you could need, to cook meals. The amenities inside the unit were top notch. We loved the Lagoon and hot tubs. The kids had a lot of fun. 100% would recommend, especially for families with young kids.

We were lucky enough to be one of the first to stay in this brand new retreat. It was amazing! There are so many elevated details that we haven’t seen in other places we have stayed. They thought about every detail. There is even a pebble ice machine! We filled up our cups and had drinks in the hot tub while watching tv on the oversized patio. It was heaven. Everything was comfortable and plush and we loved our stay. It was just an adult trip but we can’t wait to bring our family back. There are so many fun things for the kids to do including arcade games, board games and a huge bunk room with a tv. We were only a short drive to incredible places like Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Las Vegas, and Sand Hollow reservoir. We can’t wait to come back with our mountain bikes next and explore more.
