This 3-bedroom condo is 1,700 sq feet of vacation living, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to prep meals for your group. You will also enjoy the incredible rooftop deck overlooking the desert landscape where you can enjoy warm evenings around the fire table. While you may not want to leave the comforts of this beautiful rental, be sure to save some time to venture over to The Shores Resort where you can access the incredible resort pool, Lagoon, beaches, sand volleyball, snack shack, pickleball courts, and more! Enjoy the 2 paddleboards for hours of Lagoon Fun.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

We stayed with Red Rock Vacation Rentals at Desert Color Resort in St. George, and it was the perfect getaway for our family! The house was incredibly spacious with plenty of beds and rooms for everyone to spread out and relax. The lagoon was absolutely stunning, we couldn’t get enough of it! We also rented paddle boards through them, and it added so much fun to our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun, relaxing place to stay!

We loved this place. We enjoyed our stay at the desert colors at the bunk house. Plenty of room and space. Some difficulties when checking in couldn’t check in at 4 I guess something was leaking and they had to fix it before, property guy was on site and we walked in.But they place was good. Lagoon would be nicer in the summer months for sure and we had difficulties finding anyone to help Us rent a kayak and just finding service. Overall pretty relaxing:) thanks

And the kitchen and pantry were spacious, organized, and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the bunk area with lots of games to play. Some of the bunk bed mattresses were surprisingly very comfortable too. The unit was decorated beautifully also! We can\'t wait to share the listing with friends and stay there again ourselves.

This unit was brand new and beautiful, descriptions 100% accurate, check in and check out were both extremely easy. Very close and convenient walking distance to one of their private spas as well as the awesome crystal blue Lagoon and the main pool area. Very awesome, well equipped with a BBQ grill and gas firepit and dining table on the 3rd floor deck. Would stay here again!
