Fantastic House. We were in town to surprise my mother for her 80th Birthday. We initially had problems (our own) accessing the unit. The unit is addressed from the garage, and the access code does not work on the garage keypad. You need to walk between units through white rock and plants to access the front door. The unit is very spacious and well laid out. Two living areas, one up and one down, 3 Master Suites, 2 more bedrooms with access to main bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with a good amount of kitchen supplies. The Lagoon is not heated but both pools and hot tubs at the pools are, such a treat for a visit in March. We did utilize the Paddle Boards that were in the garage and cruised around the lagoon without taking a polar plunge and getting wet. Zion's was a short trip, and we also visit some local petroglyphs. I visited the petroglyphs in June, and it now appears that some of them are being vandalized, people are trying to steal segments.

Rooms were clean, unit was as described online, worked very well for our multi-family group. Kitchen was better equiped than I had thought. Family enjoyed the unit's hot tub, the community pool and the pickleball courts. Wish the weather could have been sunnier!

Golf trip

Space was clean and very nice however no amenities in the area yet. Grocery store was a couple miles away however no restaurants to speak of. Resort amenity center does not open until 10 am. This area will be nice once it is built out.

This place had everything we could ask for! Lots of fun activities for all ages, it was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Really as far as appliances and such, this was the best stocked AirBnB we have rented, and we’ve stayed at quite a few! Loved the games, game table and hot tub as well!

We loved our stay. The condo fit our large group well. It was very clean and the hosts did an excellent job. There were cookies to great use, they checked in to see if we needed anything, and they didn’t require anything of us at checkout. Our weekend was so great that we immediately booked the same location for next year.

The Casita was an absolute stunning place to stay. Beautiful house with tons to do in the area. Quiet neighborhoods with beautiful scenic views. The house was clean and comfortable and included games and entertainment for the kids and adults. Clean up and check out was the easiest I have ever delt with. We are already looking to come stay again. This place just became our new annual vacation home.

Found this place via social media... i love the place very very close to Desert color.. i have 2 toddlers and they love to swim its so convenient for us . We are a party of 12 the house is very spacious. Everything that we need is there. Even have a jacuzzi . Another plus as a mom is "communication" that is really a big plus for me. Thank you and we wil come l back and we will recommend this place.
