Spread out across the upper two floors, or head up to the stunning rooftop deck, complete with open-air seating and a cozy fire table. On the third floor, you'll discover a secluded master suite overlooking the pool, providing a private retreat. Just a short walk from resort amenities, including the lagoon and beach, this home is perfect for large groups or family gatherings. Just Beachy promises to deliver an unforgettable vacation experience!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

Great set up to enjoy the pool and lagoon and beach. Nice amenities at the house. If you plan to cook, the house is a little short on kitchen equipment.

Fantastic vacation, thank you from our whole family. We had family that had traveled from Iowa, they really liked the place! We will be back! Will (maintenance/customer service?) came by on the first day we were there, we had noticed a few minor things wrong, he fixed them almost immediately! He came by later to ask if things were going well, tell him thanks from us!

This house checks all the boxes. We had 8 adults in one house and never felt on top of one another, and could have easily had 3-4 more with us. This house would also do extremely well hosting families with kids. There is a bedroom upstairs that sleeps 8 in one room, where everyone gets their own bed. The pool is wonderful, we used the grill and it worked great. The host was very proactive and gave us all the information we needed. Would absolutely come back and stay here again.
