Welcome to Holiday House #73 at the highly sought-after Desert Color Resort community! From the moment you walk in the door, you will enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could want when preparing a meal for your group away from home. When you head upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms, including a second master bedroom with an ensuite, before you head up to the 3rd level loft. This upper level boasts a full pull-out sofa, a pop-a-shot basketball game, and a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy those Southern Utah evenings outside. Feel free to bring the little ones along, who will love a wagon ride over to the resort pool or around the neighborhood!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

The place works good for us since there is a main floor bedroom, I cannot do stairs regularly. This was actually the 2 nd time we stayed in that condo, the other was booked through an agency , we were there over Easter also

Place was great clean and stocked with lots of blankets everywhere. New Swig opened just down the street and house is located super close to the dessert color clubhouse with pool amenities. Would recommend and will be back. Only con is no gym in the desert color resort. Other than that. 4.9 out of 5 for everything else! Great stay.

I need to know what mattresses are on the beds because they are so comfortable (which is hard to find in hotels and rentals). I would give 5 stars on the mattresses alone.
