High Tide Hangout comes stocked with thoughtful extras to make family lagoon days easier. Grab the paddleboards and head out on the water, bring along the kids’ lagoon toys, or load towels, snacks, and beach gear into the provided wagons.

Bicycles are also available for exploring the neighborhood and resort area. For an even easier way to get the whole family around, a golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee. Rental payment and a completed electronic waiver are required before golf cart access is provided.

Resort wristbands are required for guests ages eight and older and will be waiting inside the home upon arrival. Resort amenities, hours, and availability are managed by Desert Color and may occasionally change due to weather, maintenance, or community events.
