The bedrooms and living areas are designed to give your group plenty of space to relax and connect. Step outside to enjoy the oversized private hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating, or spark a little friendly competition with games like Spikeball, Skee-Ball, and Foosball.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. A fantastic place to stay for a large group! We came down to golf! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We loved getting in the hot tub after golfing all day. The house was very clean and had every amenity you can think of. Red Rock Vacation Rentals was very good at communicating and explaining everything to us. Would definitely book this house again!
