Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the property’s spacious living spaces. Experience the best of St. George at this gorgeous vacation home!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Our family from all over the U.S met for a graduation. Our rental was extremely clean, had more bathrooms than we realized. The space was perfect for gatherings. We loved the 2nd story partially covered patio. We only went to the lagoon/ pool once and it was nice. Our family loved using the scooters. The only negative was we assumed it would be stocked with baggies & tinfoil & salt a & pepper, but it was not. We would definitely rent this again if we were in the area!

You will be lucky if you can get this house for your family vacation. It was so spacious and so beautiful. Pretty much every bedroom has a bathroom connected to it. There were two main gathering places that were huge, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lagoon and the pool were so amazing. if you have a chance to book this place, do it now. You will not regret it.

Fun Stay at Lake House in St George It was really nice and fun. The parking was terrible. If someone was parked in the place in front of you i could barely get my vehicle into my parking driveway that was not thought through very good and also the phone service is terrible that should be mentioned before arriving so we could have planned for that. Other than that it was a blast and ran very well. Thank you.

Our stay here was wonderful! The space is relaxing and comfortable for a large group. The beds were so comfortable we wanted to take the pillows home! (Seriously where are the pillows from) Fully stocked kitchen, very easy prepare meals. The pool and lagoon were so beautiful and kept the kids entertained for hours. Really appreciate the personal touches for the kids, boardgames, connect four in the bunk room, garage full of activities! It was amazing and we are planning to come back!

This house was absolutely stunning. We had a bunch of kids with us ranging from 1 year to 17 years old and felt completely at home. It was spotless, fully equipped kitchen, amazing electric scooters (the kids favorite part) and the hot tub. The views were amazing and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would return to this exact home over and over again.
