Though you will enjoy relaxing in this condo, equipped with its own rooftop patio and fire table for amazing nighttime stargazing, you will also find yourself just a short walk from the amazing Shores Resort, which gives you access to the community pool and Lagoon! From the fully equipped kitchen to the Smart TVs throughout the home, you will find everything you need to create a vacation to remember.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and a half-mile of white-sand shoreline, the Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more. Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
There is a boat, RV, or trailer parking on the Northeast side of the community. You can also utilize the large parking lot in front of The Shores Resort.
Additionally, while staying at this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of the local business discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

Just as listed, clean and beautiful. Manager was ultra-responsive and helpful. Best sleep I�ve ever had in a rental or hotel, I was actually sad to return to my home pillow haha. Great place for two families with dual master suites and plenty of space for the kids. Will definitely be back.
The place was so clean and comfy and had everything we needed including a pac and play and paddle boards, which weren’t listed. We loved the pool and the lagoon. We spent most of our time there. Be aware there are a lot of stairs! Also the cell reception for Verizon was awful, thank goodness for quick WiFi.
We had a fantastic stay at Desert Color. The rental was awesome for the kids and the community amenities were very enjoyable. This is going to be a great place to vacation for many years to come.

Great place to stay with a family. Clean, new, comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you would need to cook and eat in.
Great spot and tons of fun. Has plenty of room especially with the additional room upstairs. The balcony was also great to get some sunshine on a February day.
This is an amazing place. We came with our son and his family so we had little kids. They didn’t want to leave. The home was immaculate and comfortable. The resort was so great with a huge heated pool and a beautiful lagoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again.
Had a fine time at the condo we rented. But perhaps the best experience was dealing with Red Rock. We left a some valuables in a dresser door. Red Rock found the contents and immediately called us to determine if it was ours. The honesty displayed was so relieving. Can't put a price tag on honesty. Timmarie and Cheyenne handled the return of our stuff perfectly. Thank you Red Rock!
