Cozy and impeccably decorated, this home is ready to host your next group or family getaway! Though you will enjoy relaxing in this condo, equipped with its own rooftop patio and fire table for amazing nighttime stargazing, you will also find yourself just a short walk from the amazing Shores Resort, which gives you access to the community pool and Lagoon! From the fully equipped kitchen to the Smart TVs throughout the home, you will find everything you need to create a vacation to remember.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We had a wonderful stay. The girls loved lounging at the lagoon and strolling around the property. The hosts were great. We checked out and someone thought they left something behind. We called the host and they remotely unlocked the door right away so we could get back in. Absolutely would recommend!

Stayed in this condo for the marathon. Great location. We enjoyed the lagoon and pickle ball courts. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed, including a pack ‘n play and high chair for our baby. Units in this part of the development are close together but it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here d as gain.

Love this place so much! It was a 2 min walk to the lagoon and pool area. Our kids had a blast. Perfect for a family of 7 and would be for even 10-11 people. We enjoyed every moment on this trip and will absolutely do this again. The place was perfect. Thanks!

Great condo with plenty of room for our family and my parents. Air conditioning units kept the place quite cool regardless of the extreme heat although for some rooms we did find we needed the doors to remain open at night for proper air circulation. The lagoon is massive and our kids loved it. All the neighbors were very friendly and relatively quiet as well. Overall 10/10!

Red Rock found the contents and immediately called us to determine if it was ours. The honesty displayed was so relieving. Can\'t put a price tag on honesty. Timmarie and Cheyenne handled the return of our stuff perfectly. Thank you Red Rock!

Just as listed, clean and beautiful. Manager was ultra-responsive and helpful. Best sleep I�ve ever had in a rental or hotel, I was actually sad to return to my home pillow haha. Great place for two families with dual master suites and plenty of space for the kids. Will definitely be back.
