Unwind in the cozy bedrooms, each offering restful retreats after a day of exploration. With a washer and dryer included, you can pack light and focus on making memories. Plus, for those seeking an active getaway, we provide pickleball paddles for your enjoyment on the nearby courts, ensuring endless fun and friendly competition.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Loved our stay here. We were in town for a big swim meet at Utah Tech and this spot was a good location and allowed us space and option to cook at home! Proximity to St. George was great and the fun Snow Canyon area as well. We would stay again if our travels brought us back to the area! Check-in and out was so easy. Communication with the host was so timely and easy. The unit was immaculate and very cozy. There is a lot of development going on in this community but it was never disruptive out loud. Thanks again!
