We really liked the house. My grown children liked it the most. It is large and nicely decorated, conveniently located in the resort and in relation to the pool and lagoon. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are large and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices, salt and peppers, paper towels, lots of plates and silverware. The double dishwashers were great and the entire house was very clean. My only drawbacks are there were too many decorations and pillows. That sounds picky but, when you come to a house this size with a large family you bring your own mess. Every tabletop, side table, coffee table and counter has things on it and when you bring all the food, games and outdoor playthings that naturally come with a family on vacation there is simply nowhere to put your own things and that was irritating. The check-in was great and simple, the pool was heated and we had a great time. We all felt we would come again and either stay here or try a different place.

Perfection. Utter Perfection. We had a large group go for a long weekend and we never once felt crowded. The lagoon was great but we didn't realize how much fun that private pool would end up being! The kitchen had so many unexpected appliances and every room was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a few questions (mostly about how to operate the pool) and the host responded so quickly each and every time. We never want to stay anywhere else!

The property was perfect for our family reunion. It was clean and fit our family well. We loved the amenities and proximity to the lagoon. The management team served us well and were very responsive to our questions and needs. For the number of people the refrigerator was a little small. However the kitchen and great room easily fit all 38 of us. We had a wonderful time!

This home was such a great find, our large group loved it! So many bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and two very large bunk rooms easily fit our group and all our kids. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. The contact for the property was very easy to reach with any question or requests, and very good at reaching out to us to make sure everything was working out. The two separate balconies, 3 large living rooms, and extra dining tables meant we could easily spread out and no one felt on top of each other. Great property and well managed, and the lagoon around the corner was very easy to access for all day fun. The garage was well stocked also with chairs, lawn games, and paddle boards. The outdoor pool was well taken care of as well. Thanks for the great stay!

This is an amazing spot for a large group to gather together but never feel on top of one another. We hosted an extended family girls weekend and it could not have been a better option. The house has so many great gathering spots. The two large dining tables were a great touch as we ate several meals together there. The bedrooms were all well thought out and fit our group perfectly. The amenities of Desert Color are fantastic and the private hot tub and plunge pool at the house were a great end to our days.

The place is awesome! Plenty of space to come together and also gathering spaces for smaller groups on other floors/outside. For our group of over 25 people we had plenty of places to sleep. One thing that I wish we had is another refrigerator in the garage. We had to utilize coolers for at least half the food we had for the almost week stay (including Thanksgiving). Another recommendation for the management is more serving bowls and food storage containers to be used for the time people are using their place. There wasn't a crockpot either. Most everything else was considered and provided. Thank you!! We also had some issues with the grill taking a long time to work. Maybe it needs to be cleaned? The gas didn't seem to go to the grill well. We tried to trouble shoot with the management, and they responded that they would have someone get back to us, but didn't. Overall, we would love to stay here again, but would recommend a second refrigerator.

I am absolutely blown away by our experience with this home! The house is huge, gorgeous, and so comfortable. The beds felt like clouds! The kitchen was well stocked. It has the perfect number of bathrooms. We loved the private pool and couldn’t believe how amazing the lagoon is! We barely left the house because we were so cozy there. The owners were extremely responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back and have already told several friends about our experience!

Gorgeous property. We hadn't expected construction to be going on at the front of the property when we arrived however the interior was incredible. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor and property management were quick to respond to questions. We had 30 adults in our party and everyone had a place to crash at the end of the day. We used Ember Stays for a retreat we hosted for wedding professionals. It was so beautiful and all the women loved the decor and their rooms. The bunk rooms were also so nice and there were tons of private rooms for us to offer as an upgrade option to our attendees. The lagoon was by far people’s favorite attraction and we loved the paddle boards provided. We had a few small concerns but Ember Stays was very prompt, professional and helpful with all their responses and immediately worked to find solutions. It was wonderful to work with them and we felt very important as their guests. Overall it was absolutely lovely and we had a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home, impeccably decorated, with plenty of space (bed and bathrooms) for the whole family and then some - sleeps like 30 or something although we had a party of just 10. The private Pool area was a big hit with the kids and the house is very close to the lagoon, which they also enjoyed daily. I’ve been renting with AirB&B for 9 years now and I’ve never come across a more responsive and attentive management company in Ember Stays - They were fantastic too. All and all a very fun and positive experience for all. Highly recommend the house and management company!
