Fresh, clean, unique, and modern. This is what you will experience when you come to stay at Desert Memories. From the ground-level master and fully equipped kitchen to the 3rd floor roof-top deck and seating area, your family has all the room you need to stretch out, relax and truly get away from your everyday life. There are smart TVs throughout the rental and the 3rd-floor loft area features two bunks beds and a huge couch with a 4th TV ready to host the perfect movie night! You’ll find comfy beds and modern furnishings in each of the 3 bedrooms, and will be just a short walk away from the incredible Shores Resort and Lagoon.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Additionally, while staying at this property as our guest, you'll be able to take advantage of our local business partner discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Clean, quiet, & fun! The neighborhood is organized, beautiful & new. The photos were accurate to what to expect & the communication was helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked. There’s a small community hot tub nearby. Overall, our highlight was the Lagoon. We hope to stay here again!

It’s a little way out of town but right next to the freeway to get in and out quick. Brand new, very nice. Pool and Lagoon were large. Would come again. Wi-Fi outside the condo is poor. Had to walk outside the condo to take phone calls for service

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
