Fresh, clean, unique, and modern. This is what you will experience when you come to stay at Desert Memories. From the ground-level master and fully equipped kitchen to the 3rd floor roof-top deck and seating area, your family has all the room you need to stretch out, relax and truly get away from your everyday life. There are smart TVs throughout the rental and the 3rd-floor loft area features two bunk beds and a huge couch with a 4th TV ready to host the perfect movie night! You’ll find comfy beds and modern furnishings in each of the 3 bedrooms, and will be just a short walk away from the incredible Shores Resort and Lagoon.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
