But when you need to dry off, challenge your friends and family to friendly competitions with an array of arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard and enjoy the huge assortment of family cards and games. Or relax and enjoy movies in your own home theater!!! ENTERTAINMENT GALORE!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. It was THE BEST!! The house is amazing. We felt as if we were on a reality tv show. The kitchen was perfect for a large group who loves food. We all pitched in and cooked. Having our own ensuite rooms gave us the opportunity to socialize in a whole new way while still having the ability to work. One day we spent an entire day in the living room in front of the fireplace with a computer hooked up to the big screen tv and brainstormed/worked together while curled up on the sofas under blankets. It was such a productive, fun and bonding experience. We will make this an annual event.

Generali Global Assistance Vacation Rental Travel Insurance has been made available for guests to purchase at the time of making their reservation. Vacation Rental Travel Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize the guest’s vacation investment and force the guest to incur unplanned expenses.

Red Rock Vacation Rentals strongly recommends our guests purchase this valuable protection. By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
