At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

Beautiful home in a great, accessible location!

We will definitely be coming back! The private pool was wonderful, the lagoon was a blast, and honestly we didn’t even go off the property expect for dinners because there was so much to do! I also was really appreciative of the on-demand texting service. Overall, very impressed with the rental!

This is the first planned family reunion since my husband was killed in an accident almost 3 years ago and I was concerned. But, we all loved it. The house was big enough to accomodate our large group of up to 32 and the amenities were wonderful. We had some off site activities but loved the lagoon, pickleball, volleyball, swimming and Swig (nearby). My kids and grands are not sit still kind of people and there was enough to keep them busy and the grandkids were busy making friends and playing games at night. The entire time was magical.

This is a beautiful property with your own private pool in addition to the huge lagoon! We had a family reunion here with a lot of young children. All the rooms are spacious and perfect for spreading out.

It was THE BEST!! The house is amazing. We felt as if we were on a reality tv show. The kitchen was perfect for a large group who loves food. We all pitched in and cooked. Having our own ensuite rooms gave us the opportunity to socialize in a whole new way while still having the ability to work. One day we spent an entire day in the living room in front of the fireplace with a computer hooked up to the big screen tv and brainstormed/worked together while curled up on the sofas under blankets. It was such a productive, fun and bonding experience. We will make this an annual event.
