We had an incredible stay in every possible way and definitely will be returning as well as recommending you to all our friends and relatives. The condo was immaculately clean and supplied with everything we needed. The entire environment was family friendly. There were activity options for our extended family ages 20 months to 79. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. Thank you so much and hope to stay with you again soon.

House was mostly clean and nice, restrictions are some what ridiculous such as can’t change the temp on anything or a $500/ day fine. Paid a cleaning fee but was charged another $500 the day before we left for any extra cleaning that might need done, interesting it doesn’t ask you to do any cleaning when you leave the unit… seems like a scam to keep my extra $500 charge when most rentals ask for dishes washed, garbage taken out and bed stripped. I of course did all the normal things so if they keep the extra $500 I’m sure going to let everyone know. I emailed and called ember about many things they never called returned call or emailed back (such as I get a notice someone is going to service the hot tub, I asked what time and they never got back to me) (also asked if there was a grill at unit since it’s not listed anywhere, they never let us know that yes there is one at the unit) Tons of fine print and many ways to get fined so read the agreement The staff on site were every kind and helpful.

The home was beautiful. The crumble cookies were a perfect welcome gift. The pickleball courts close by were very nice and fun to enjoy. The hot tub at the house was so fun. It was very close (walking distance) to the pool and lagoon. A couple minor things- they needed more washcloths, towels and paper towels in the kitchen. We didn't have many extra rolls of toilet paper either but luckily had enough. The biggest thing for our 4 stars instead of 5 was how disappointing it was to show up and find out the lagoon was closed. It didn't open until the evening of our second day there. We were not made aware by Ember stays, but had to contact them about it. Overall, we had a great time in this house.

The home was really great! The Crumbl cookies as a welcome upon arrival was appreciated and gobbled up quickly. The home itself is very well laid out, beautifully decorated and in a super location. It is steps away from the lagoon and pool without having to pay the higher price of being right on the lagoon. The pickleball courts were very close and we enjoyed watching from the 3rd floor balcony. One thing to note...although the kitchen is well appointed with cooking supplies, if your guest count is over 8 people and you plan to cook most meals, you will likely need more large cooking supplies (large cookie sheets, large bowls, an additional 13X9 pan, a stock pot) To be clear the home has these items but not enough to cook and serve larger groups (our party had 11 people). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Nice house with great amenities. Loved the pickle ball courts and the pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub is good. Would give five stars except for incident with table. Aftermarket glass was placed on dining room table and it broke just from the pressure of pushing on it getting up from table. Beware of this glass and treat it gently. We were required to pay for the replacement glass.
