Nestled on the 3rd floor, this brand-new retreat promises a delightful stay for children of all ages. (Please note that there is no elevator access. Stairs required).

Located in one of the newest condominium buildings within Desert Color, Desert Disney is a fantastic 2-bed 2-bath vacation condo. Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, it also provides access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. This short distance makes it a perfect place to be able to walk back and forth easily to these fantastic amenities. Explore the neighboring Promenade building's Sky Deck on the fourth floor to find a beautiful view of the community, a hot tub only accessible to building guests, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. This unit also comes with an assigned parking space, so you won't have to worry about finding parking close to the building. (Surf's Skydeck is under construction)

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
