Discover the magic of vacationing in style at Desert Disney, a whimsical 2-bedroom condo that seamlessly blends the allure of Disney. Nestled on the 3rd floor, this retreat promises a delightful stay for children of all ages. (Please note that there is no elevator access. Stairs required.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Loved our stay. The condo was brand new and clean and very organized. The kitchen had all that you could need to cook meals including a waffle maker, blender, etc. The pools were amazing, and loved the hot tub and fire pit and Barbeque and lounging area on the roof of the condo.

We had the most perfect stay in St. George. Loved the special touches Desert Disney had to offer, the owner really knew how to pay attention to the details. Everything from the subtle Disney details, to the well stocked kitchen and even the samples in the bathroom were all well thought out. We enjoyed the pickelball courts, swimming pool and beach area and found all the accommodations for this ideal location simply perfect. Couldn’t recommend a place in St. George more - WE WILL BE BACK!

We stayed with our 3 kids at this place and it was great! We spent one day at the pool, which was heated, and then wandered down to the lagoon. The lagoon isn’t heated, and was cold. But, we rented a paddle board for an hour ($15) and the kids still had a blast. It was easy to walk to these locations from the place, and we were fine with the stairs required to get to the 3rd floor. We enjoyed playing some of the Disney games in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, and there’s a pack-n-play that worked well for our baby. The only thing we wished for was a high chair. Overall it was a really clean and comfortable place that felt like home.

It included Pickleball courts, huge pools & hot tub, right next to our building. The location was perfect—close to shopping and fun in St George. I was very impressed with how responsive the team was when I had a few questions. This was a huge positive. The home is very cute and was perfect for our small little family on a soccer tournament weekend in St. George.
